   The waiter was very Nice and got everything to us as fast as he could. The food he brought was delicious! I took my girlfriend here and we got the smoked trout dip and Brussel sprouts as our appetizers, then the Kuku Paka chicken as our main course. Everything Was shared and everything tasted great! They made sure we had plates enough for both of us and cleared our table as we put finished dishes to the side. Exceptional service! And very good food. Pretty environment as well.

   I really wanted to love it, I’d been here before and it was great the last time. This time around I probably won’t come back or continue to recommend them. We got the tasting menu our food was subpar and very bland, we had moments where we were waiting so long in between courses it really ruined the mood then to see other tables come in way after us, get the same experience but be finished before us just put the icing on the cake. Our waiter was kind but I feel like with as many issues as we had we should have spoken to a manager, by the end of the experience we left unsatisfied and hungry… to pay what we did and still end up at Wendy’s afterwards was disappointing.

    I have been going to Ambli since it opened and it is always fantastic. I introduced four people to it last night and they were blown away by the food. Everyone was raving about it. The service was also fantastic — I requested drinks that had half the amount of alcohol, and they accommodated me. Then I requested a decaf espresso martini, and the bartender brewed decaf coffee just for me in order to make it. They also labeled our leftovers with the date, a description of the food, and a thank you note.

    Truly fantastic experience. We did the global tour where the chef selects their favorites and it was so fun, conversation and delicious! Gives you an opportunity to try a variety of foods professionally paired by the Chef! You can also order off the menu. The lobster shooters are a must! Food Gold!!!! Service was phenomenal! Drinks were great too we had some fun one of a kind mocktails. 10 out of 10 Top Notch!!! Do it!!!

    We made reservations for our 11th wedding anniversary, and they could not have been more accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel special.     Our server, Austin, made sure we had a fabulous experience for our first time at Ambli. We did the tasting menu and it was fantastic - Austin took our dietary preferences into consideration and made delicious suggestions to optimize our tasting. We also tried new cocktails and they were so refreshing! Being from out of town, Ambli was the perfect date night spot for us to end our trip!

    The atmosphere was excellent… music was perfect and playing at the right volume, the lighting could not have been better, the table set up and spacing was spot on… the service was also superb and right on par with what one should expect for a high end fine dining restaurant (our server Austin did a great job)… The food on the other hand was not exactly hitting any remarkable levels by any means… we selected the 5 course meal pairing along with the wine and cocktail pairing package on top of that (full out Monte really)… although the food was of the right temperature, most everything lacked the impact of any outstanding flavor… the food was not bland, but rather under seasoned, as if they are trying too hard to please too many at the same time… no wow factor for anything and between two people trying separate dishes (10 different ones in total), one would think there would be some hits along the way, but sadly no… the bill at the end was over $300 and we did not order anything extra outside of the pairing menu that included the drinks at what was supposed to be a set price with 22% gratuity included… we are not culinary experts by any means, but we are both educated (one of us has a culinary arts degree and has many years of experience working in fine dining) and are both culinary aficionados with quite a bit of experience at fine dining around the world… the price would have been more reasonable at around $230 - not $316… Overall, the restaurant is a good place, but the kitchen needs some help… we will wait a long while before coming back, unless it’s just drinks at the bar…

    It has continually been amazing. They change their menu every 8 weeks. We highly suggest going in every two months and doing the tasting menu. It’s absolutely delicious and worth the price.

    Three of us ordered a bottle of red and ordered 1 of each appetizer and split the crème brûlée. No complaints. The good was delicious and Austin was more than helpful with his suggestions and descriptions of our dishes.

    Portions are the smallest I have ever experienced. Way over priced. Left hungry. If you’re going to be an upscale restaurant, at least put table cloths on your tables and get different salt and pepper shakers. They use the plastic ones that you would use on a picnic!

    This place is great! The atmosphere was chill, the music was ok 90s and the staff (front desk) is also really friendly. Our server Austin was great! They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is pretty good, Ambli is the best restaurant in COS. Bar none. Also, for their prices, it’s 100% worth it.
