   We were looking for a place that serves tapas. The Ambli Global website indicated that it serves small plates, and Monday was designated as "happy hour all evening". As it turned out, happy hour drink prices were only available at the bar, and some of our party would not be comfortable without table seating. The appetizers that we shared were delicious (beet salad, lobster shooters, samosas) but quite small for sharing. We were given complementary hot rolls. Fine service from a waiter that made the best of the discrepancy between the current menu and the website.

   Delicious birthday dinner for me and the wife. Only complaint is that it took longer to get our drinks than our food, but everything tasted great and they were able to accommodate a special drink request for my wife.

   This food - creative, incredible tasting, well presented, wonderfully memorable, well priced The service - absolutely perfect - left nothing to be desired, truly top tier The ambiance - lovely, cozy, comfortable We will be back and back and back. Our dinner at Ambli Global was, in short, perfect….we are grateful !

    Simply put, this place is GREAT ! ! We can cook really good food at HOME ! When we go OUT, we look for food that makes us say . . . 'How did they do that ? ! ? ! Something that's special. Something that's imaginative and different. This place does a great job of turning out ESPECIALLY creative and tasty food ! Give it a try.

    Had been looking forward to the re-opening of Ambli for the past couple of year. Ate many wonderful meals prior to their closing. The new decor is nice and the smallness of the restaurant nice as well. We foune the menu choice very short sighted as we had looked forward to many of the same dishes from the past. Our server was delightful; however, the food (except the wine and salad) was less desirable. . .cold, not once but twice. We ended up ordering items we had not planned on. I hesitate on going back !

    My husband and I recently had a date night here at Ambli and it was one of the best dinners ever. We are so happy that they are finally open again. The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails are handcrafted and very tasty and the service was phenomenal. Our server Doug was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The host along with the rest of the staff were also great. Everything from beginning to end was a perfection! I would definitely recommend Ambli DTC to all of my friends. Thank you for a great night.

    Best meal I’ve had in Denver in a few years. Service and atmosphere was excellent. Each plate that arrived at the table was visually beautiful. The flavors were amazing. If you have not been to Ambli you are missing out. A wonderful Dinning experience.

    The tasting menu for Valentine's day was everything we could have hoped for! From the welcome prosecco to the chocolate chip carrot cake we were amazed at the service that we received and the attentiveness of the staff.

    The restaurant itself and the service are lovely. I so appreciate that this isn’t a chain and that the owner is present and obviously loves her restaurant. However, the food just wasn’t memorable, and the cocktails were super overpriced for what they were. While nothing was “bad,” for a $200 dinner I wanted to leave feeling like we got something special.

    Pariza, Kelly and the team do an incredible job every time we visit any of the AMBLI locations. Their warmth and hospitality is only matched by the brilliance of their kitchen. Totally addicted to AMBLI!

    Fabulous dining experience! The atmosphere, delicious dishes and drinks were fantastic! The presentation was picture perfect. I love pretty food! Our server, Doug, helped create a decadent dessert martini. We will definitely be going back very soon!

    Absolutely blown away! We went for the tasting menu but we're told that due to a recent menu change they didn't have one currently, but he would ask the kitchen. Then, one of the owners (Kelly 😊) came to our table and said she could definitely create a tasting menu for us, complete with a wine pairing. The food was incredible! Each dish was exciting and different from things we have had before. Dessert was paired with a custom house-made cocktail that was delicious as well. Already planning our next visit!

    The food is extremely expensive and although we were told they were shareable sized portions, they were very small. The only thing which was good was the tempura cauliflower. Everything else was mediocre at best. Wait staff and sommelier were great The space is beautiful but too many cuisines, and none of them done well. We were unsatisfied and disappointed.

    Thank goodness, it’s back open! One of my favorite restaurants of all time, and I’m so excited that I was able to experience it again last night. The food is even better than I remember! And the service is just impeccable. Will definitely go there time and time again!!

    Owners and staff very attentive and obviously love their craft. Was a bit of a puzzling delay before main course arrived (of 5 course Prix Fixe dinner), but no worries. All dishes were astounding and the wine pairings were perfectly selected. We particularly enjoyed the white suggested for the enchiladas (who knew there was a really nice crisp white with Jalapeño overtones. Very cool!
