   Food was lovely and service was great. Restaurant manager was really friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We had a 2 night stay at the hotel and ate in Ambers on both nights. It was so nice.

   Staff were professional and friendly Service was prompt Restaurant was classy and furnished well The food was delicious we made good choices and enjoyed every bite Wine was beautiful served in a gorgeous wine glass I would definitely dine here again even if I wasn’t staying over Thank you Ambers

   We absolutely love eating at Amber's. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The choice of meals is excellent and all cooked to perfection. I always love their goats cheese and fig starter. I then had the pork belly and cheek. Melt in the mouth! It is our regular go to place.

   Another fantastic visit to Amber’s. The seasonal menu offers such a variety it’s hard to choose, and everyone in our party of 6 was impressed ! The beef carpaccio is outstanding. Such a warm welcome from Alia together with superb service as always from Anne and the whole team. Thank you for the birthday treat as well! Can’t wait to return very soon!
