    Our first time and it was worth it. The food was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. There was a good variety of vegetables and meat tapas. You have to come hungry for the All you can eat. They also have an A La Cart option. We will definitely go again and recommend to our friends.

    Sana was an amazing server. She was so attentive and had good recommendations. The food was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back to see Sana, she was the highlight of our brunch!

    This is a very lively restaurant however, the all you can eat is very tapered by far. The variety of food is fair, however, the portion is ridiculous for the amount of money! While it was only my sister and I, to order an omellette and receive one to split was ok, however, to ask for bacon and receive one strip per person on a small plate - the bacon was not even cooked thoroughly, is just ridiculous. I believe their portrayal of what is provided is quite different than the experience. To order the steak, we were given 2 strips that was cut into 4 pieces that we were to share. Just not what you would think if you are going to go for the 'all you can eat for under 2 hours' which I believe for $43 per person, it's more than tacky to put a time limit on how long it takes you to eat, especially when we requested the steak upon our first order and it came out 40 minutes later, while the waiter said, 'it must of fell out' whatever that may mean. Just be mindful when going here it's certainly not the norm, and I'm open for new experiences, but I believe they should revamp their style and presentation. Although, the waiter was very kind and the hostess was as well. The downstairs was certainly more quaint and quiet than the upper level. Don't believe I'll be going back but it was a different 'all you can eat' experience!

    Our server was very rude and seemed to not want to be there at all. Each time we needed something we had to wave her down or ask another server. We have been to Ambar before and the food was spectacular. This time the dishes seemed dry and lacked flavor. For such a high price I expected more consistency and excellent service.

    The food is always good and has a very nice variety. Not everything is a hit with everyone, but I've brought 3 different parties of several people and overall folks always enjoy it as there is something for everyone. I find it particularly appeals to millennial men! The founder(s) have a great concept and deliver a very good execution and at a reasonable price point for the DC area.
