Always a pleasure going here, we’ve been many times before and will continue to go. Staff are always nice and the food is great. Especially the sea food. Lovely.

This was the first time I had eaten at Amarone in Cranleigh and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and wine, the service was also very friendly and efficient.

The portion size is poor. Child size rather than adult. We toyed with sending the seafood linguine back. The king prawns as a starter were small and a little dry in texture. The calamari’s were a little chewy. The flavours in the seafood linguine and risotto were good but 4 mussels and a sprinkling of other fish is just not good enough. The service was very good. Attentive and convivial. Overall a pleasant enough ambiance, a nice enough place to go but poor value for money. I wouldn’t go back.

Delicious food with true Italian flavors. The pasta was tasty, the pizza satisfying and well-cooked, and the desserts were a pleasant surprise! Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice restaurant, plenty on the menu to cater for everyone. Good value for money and wellworth a visit.

The food was below average. We ordered prawn pasta, the pasta was small, it hadn’t been run through the ‘sauce’. The sauce was supposed to be white wine but we had half a pint of olive oil instead. The dish was bland and worse than I could’ve cooked at home. The other dish we ordered was salmon pasta which lacked sauce as well. The bruschetta was nice. Banoffee was underwhelming, not any caramel and over whipped cream, soft soggy digestive base. Will not return.

This restaurant continues to provide a high standard of food and service . Had the mid week fixed price lunch menu which was excellent value . Keep it up Amerone we need excellent food outlets like you in Cranleigh .
