My husband and I came here for Miami Spice since we had to pick something up on the Beach. I loved the decor, service was excellent, the music relaxing and the food- Italian- very good. Our server was helpful and we went with his recommendations. My husband got the roasted zucchini- like a deconstructed
eggplant farm with buffalo mozzarella. I got the tomato salad with cucumbers, which was a large portion of beautiful slice tomatoes, with red onion and cucumber. It was very refreshing, but I preferred my husband's. My entree was grilled salmon that came perfectly cooked, with fried leeks and a balsamic reduction. Although I'm not a big salmon fan, it was very good and was a large portion. My husband got the pasta with clams, which he really liked. It came with slices of zucchini and cherry tomatoes and was not a saucy as most pasta with clam dishes, but came with clams in the shell. My favorite for dessert was the Panna Cotta with vodka and blueberries. Nice presentation and flavor. The profiterole, covered in chocolate sauce, was nothing to write home about. Service was excellent, but food delivery leisurely, so I wouldn't dine here if you're in a rush, but if you want to have a glass of wine, listen to some relaxing music, eat good food and live La Bella Vita, Amare is your spot. Right next to Joe's Stone Crab.
The food and the staff were wonderful! They were great about accommodating our budget and just brought us dishes and picked out great wines. It was a great experience!
Here is another new favorite, I came here in the past just for a drink, this time we tried the Miami Spice lunch menu, really great food, loved the Melanzane e Zucchine and then the Casarecce, really yummy and to finish the Tiramisu, really great and, if I say so, you can believe me as I am Italian and I make a killer Tiramisu , normally I never order it in restaurants as I get disappointed but, trust me, this one was really good. Thank you also to our servers Alessandro and Cristian, they were really lovely. I will definitely be back J

I visited Amare for Miami Spice dinner after my work BFF ranted and raved about her experience just a few days before. Despite her glowing review, and my high expectations, I was still very impressed by the experience. Amare is the kind of restaurant where you walk in and instantly feel like a regular, even if you've never been before. Jerry, the General Manager, is warm, friendly and engaging. His enthusiasm about the restaurant, the food and the culture is palpable. I have no doubt this place will be a great success as every effort has clearly been made to ensure that Amare becomes and remains a Miami staple. From the decor, to the ingredients imported straight from Italy, to the service...every detail was clearly meticulously executed and it seems few expenses were spared...if any!
In order to try as many dishes as possible, we ordered an array from the Miami Spice menu: from the appetizers we ordered MELANZANE E ZUCCHINE, and CARPACCIO DI TONNO. The eggplant was AMAZING, and the tuna carpaccio blew my mind. I didn't suspect the tuna would shine as much as it did, but i'd definitly order it again. For our entrees, we had the BRANZINO and the TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE. Both were excellent. I told Jerry that i'd also been very interested in the CASARECCE, but had had some trouble making a final decision. He brought us a sample of it and goodness did that blow my mind! I would absolutely definitely have the CASARECCE the next time I visit. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu, a nutella cake concoction, and a delicious dessert that had chopped up chocolate covered almond in it. Every last bite of our meal was amazing. I couldn't improve upon any part of our visit and will without a doubt return.
I think Amare's presence is a good indicator that Miami's culinary scene is on the right track! I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!
Outstanding food and excellent service. Will make this our go to Italian restaurant. Can’t wait to visit again.
FRIENDLY SERVICE , DELICIOUS FOOD AND BEAUTIFUL DECOR ! CAME WITH HUBBY FOR MIAMI SPICE AND IMPRESSED WITH THE FRESH SEAFOOD ....CALAMARI AND SALMON WERE PERFECTLY PREPARED , LIGHT AND FLAVORFUL...STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE , A FRIENDLY RESTAURANT IN A LOVELY SETTING !
Had my colleague joining me for a late lunch in Miami Beach and decided to try Amare. We saw the place from outside and it looked welcoming with all of these lemon trees at the front. As we get in they hand us the menu and luckily happens to be Miami spice! Usually restaurants have a shorter menu with a great selection but I have to say this one place had anything you would want to try on theirs. As appetizers we got the eggplant parm with the fritto misto and a pomodoro salad, we were recommended to try the cheese board and it was a total success. Food tasted great, but didn’t end just there. For our entrees included the salmon and the kale pesto pasta, (what a great combo with some bread and sauce on the side) did I mention we had been drinking since we entered the place ? Well, we did till we left. They have a great Italian and French wine selection and we loved it! As last we did the chocolate mousse (super creamy and rich but light at the same time!!!!) was my favorite. Also ordered their delicious cheesecake. Will definitely come back for more!
My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful. Really authentic high quality Italian. Portions were very generous. Kim our server, was extraordinarily knowledgeable, gracious and attentive. The decore is very pleasant and inviting. We'll be back soon. Great place.
The best Italian restaurant I’ve experienced in Miami by far! From The Bronzino practically melting in your mouth to the beautiful Italian atmosphere that Amare radiates, they have truly set the bar very high for every Italian restaurant in the vicinity. The server, jerry, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of every dish and completed the overall amazing experience. 10/10 food, 10/10 service, 10/10 price. I HIGHLY ADVISE ADDING THIS TO YOUR TO DO LIST.
Great atmosphere and very authentic fresh food. I would highly recommend. Service was excellent.
Excellent food and service.
If you like Olive Garden then you’re going to LOVE Amare. It’s like the Olive Garden with the best microwaves in the country. The food isn’t bad but it’s not a place where you would want to take a date. It’s the kind of place you order for takeout on a Thursday night when you don’t feel like cooking and also don’t want to eat Fazoli’s.
Amazing place, delicious food, warm Italian service! Welcome Amare!
Beautiful restaurant inside and out. Unique features that all combine wonderfully. Extremely friendly service. Great value Miami Spice lunch. Not rushed at all we got to experience inside and out because of our crazy Miami weather. Must go back for dinner soon. Delighted to have this new addition in our neighborhood.
We had an amazing dinner. Food was delicious, very nice ambience and the service outstanding. We higly recommend
Amazing food and amazing service
The restaurant is full of potential. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic about their food. That said, there’re redundancies in the explanation of the menu. We had two servers explaining the same thing in confusing details. The portions were adequate and the food above average. The presentation of desert was lackluster. We felt rushed from the minute we sat down and the server presented us with the check before we asked for it. Totally inappropriate at this price point. We were a party of two and spent $468 with tip. Management needs to do much more to execute a high end dining experience.
Just opened. Beautiful setting and great Miami Spice menu! Food was ok but not great. Would not pay regular prices
The restaurant is beautiful and the food is great but they don’t have valet parking and they should bring all the food together fir all the fable!
Love love love Amare Miami Beach as you step foot in the Reasturaunt you feel like you took a time machine to Capri and the amalfi coast . The food is like unlike any Italian food in miami really fresh traditional Italian cuisine packed with bold exotic flavors from italiy .
