We will do everything to not stray too far from the regional and traditional culinary traditions of Italy, mainly from the south Who are we? We are southerners in heart and soul, but we promise to give space to the delicious recipes that Italy proudly offers us and known to the whole world, with pride. Simplicity is our code. Through our dishes we would like to propose to.... The new generations of Italians, Those who emigrated to Australia years ago ,and all those who have interest in experiencing our menu. Through our flavours we will indulge you back to Italy at least for a day. This will be our goal, our greatest gratitude.

Fantastic service on Mother’s Day!! Amazing food, every bite was incredible. Also gifted my mother a rose and a chocolate and just made us feel super special. 100% returning!

We had an amazing experience dining here for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. They were super attentive and friendly. The food was incredible… we shared the special on request lobster pasta and you could tell it was made with a lot of care and love. Cocktails were delicious, and the wine selection was even better. They also sang Happy Birthday accompanied with a yummy tiramisu and a rose! I honestly don’t have anything bad to say at all, it was perfect. Love these guys and will be recommending this place to everyone I know heading to the Peninsula.

We have been to Amare a few times but this time our pasta was quite disappointing. There was barely any seafood and the sauce tasted store bought. Kids food was ok but seems to have had a significant price hike on the kids meals as well. Overall I feel “fair” was spot on for our visit.

Food was amazing as always but disappointed to see that we were charged for the chilli and Parmesan cheese that we requested to have with our pasta and even a charge for bread. Most Italian restaurants provide all 3 free of charge.

We honestly cried with joy with every bite. And don’t miss the tiramisu—it’s the perfect sweet finish! They also offer a great variety of vegetarian options, which is always appreciated. The service was warm and responsive, with the attendants treating us to smiles and thoughtful recommendations. Jasmine, in particular, was fantastic—every suggestion she made was spot on and elevated our entire dining experience. If you’re craving authentic Italian food with exceptional service, Amare Cucina is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

Amare is a gem on the Peninsula offering amazing and authentic Italian food that is a cut above the rest. A great place for lunch outside on a sunny day or warm evening. This was our fourth visit. We had fish of the day and spag marinara after sharing a frito Misti for entree accompanied by an Italian Pinot Grigio ($68) that was chilled to perfection. All full of flavours. We were then suggested the tiramisu by diners. It was exceptional. Highly recommended. I’ve heard the pizzas are excellent if you want a cheap lunch or casual dinner.
