Seated with a view of the kitchen. Watched the executive chef personally put the finishing touches on each plate. Service was Excellent. Meal was unique and delicious. Complimentary hummus, olive tapenade and olive oil tasty start. Grilled octopus the best I’ve ever had. Lamb dumplings crunchy without a trace of oil and packed with seasoned lamb. Picorino and arugula flatbread was a nice accompaniment. Old Mediterranean red wine flight featured three distinct varieties. My best meal at the Swan/Dolphin this week.

The food and service were great. The waiter brought my granddaughter a free dessert after we told him it was her birthday. He also brought the kids a free cupcake & the adults got complimentary orange-cellos, which were delicious! I would definitely return.

Best restaurant around the Swan/Dolphin hotels, excellent food and nice cozy ambiance. The food is really tasty, well seasoned and delicious.

We tried AMARE for the first time during Magical Dining. It was very enjoyable and we really liked our Waitress. We planned a staycation at Disney this past week and made reservations to go back to AMARE for dinner. Just as enjoyable as our first visit and the Food is so good. We had a Waiter this visit and he was very courteous and honored our request for a little change to one of our entrees. We will definitely go back again.

We’ve been here multiple times and the food and service is always excellent. The food is simply prepared but very tasty. The wine selection is also top notch and pairs well with the food. You really get a sense for Mediterranean cuisine.

The food, the service and mixed drinks were all exceptional! Totally beyond our expectations! The signature old fashioned and special request mojito were some of the best we have ever had! The food and desserts were outstanding. Our waiter Robert was one of the nicest, most attentive and caring we have ever had, truly exceptional experience!!

My wife and I ate at Amare on Sep 14, 2022, and again on Nov 5, 2023. On each visit, we shared a fish entree and a steak entree. Both times, the steak and fish were delicious and cooked perfectly. My wife has celiac and must eat gluten-free. We were very pleased that the fish and steak are naturally prepared gluten-free, including the accompanying sides and sauces, so no adjustments were needed. Our server on each of our visits was Luis, and he remembered serving us previously. Luis is very knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to talk with. We look forward to dining at Amare again on a future visit to WDW.

Have eaten here many times since it opened and this was our worst experience. The menu has not changed at all since opening and that is now 2 years, I had the Vegatale flatbread which was 90percent rocket with a fraction of the grapes it used to have and having asked for extra pecorino cheese I would say it had 50 percent less than it used to. Please put the price up and return it to the best flatbread I had ever had. We had the Baclava that was over baked and hard. We have had this many times but this was not up to the usual style by a country mile. It was Saturday night and they were busy but that is no excuse for dropping standards.

Food was fantastic. Had polpette as an appetizer and it was so flavorful and loved the little bit of crunch from the pine nuts. The pizza was a hit with the kids and the homemade pasta dishes were so tender and perfect. Our server was very helpful.

The convenience, ambience, service, and food was fantastic. We enjoyed the conversation and excellent recommendations from our server, Lauren. Highly recommend the SeaBass. We will be coming back real soon.

The margarita pizza was very soggy. The pasta with clams had maybe six very small clams. The pasta and sauce was good though. The service was also very good.

The service and food were excellent. I took off a star because they have crammed in too many tables and the noise level is obnoxious. If that is not an issue for you, then I wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant.

This was our fine dining experience all week, and we absolutely loved it! Everyone raves about the meal they selected. The server Ozzy was excellent and helped one of us pick out the perfect wine flight for his Sea Bass. Beautiful atmosphere! Definitely recommend.

Be warned - the portions are generous - which is a nice warning. We chose the 3 course magical dining menu and enjoyed everything. If I had to choose a favourite it was my dessert - Pistachio Caragli baked crispy sweetened filo, sicilian pistachio, organic gallberry honey syrup, sour amarena cherries - but my starter Crostino gave it a run for its money. They only fly in the ointment was our table position. We were seated next to a very loud family group.

This was an amazing dining experience. The food was wonderful. Being a vegetarian the choices were great. Our server, Ryan was so polite and attentive to all of our needs. From appetizer, entree and dessert, it was impossible to decide which was best. We will definitely be back and I am surely tell friends about our dining experience.

We came for Magical Dining, which is a good way to try something new. Food was fabulous and quite generous, especially since it was at a special price. Our server Luis was friendly and helpful. We have now added Amare to our go-to list for our frequent Disney visits. Delicious!
