It was great
Lovely atmostphere. Come in time to watch the sunset and make sure to get an outdoor table. Good food and service. Order the seafood sharing platter which is enough delicious food for 3 people. Wonderful addition to an already great Miami food scene.
Empanadas were amazing. I didn't like the octopus but I didn't realize it was fried when I placed the order so I guess it's my fault (although as another reviewer said I never met an octopus duah I didn't like before this one). The view is mesmerizing and the ambience was very cool (we went for lunch on a holiday with our daughter who is 11 and they weren't pretentious, other guests were there with kids too)
Food is executed well, however the service is so sllllloooowwwww.
The ambiance is on point. The food - overpriced for what you do get. The carts are a bit of a hustle. Before you know it you’ve paid $90 for 6 chorizos and 10 chicken thighs. You are paying for the experience. The food is good but I’ve had much better. The ambiance and view / priceless. The drinks are very good. The service is very disjointed. It can get very confusing as to who the server is and who is picking up plates and who is offering you water. You have to wave the server down in hopes of getting their attention. Brunch was $300 for 6 people. I was the only one who ordered 2 drinks - $30 for those. The famous chicken thighs and chorizos - another $90 or so. 3 French Toasts, one burger, my scrambled eggs, yuca balls, $300. If you don’t order from the cart and go at a more quiet time - I am sure it’s far better.
Server was slow and checked on us once.
This is a high end restaurant and yet when we arrived for our 9:00 pm reservation we were told they had slow table turn and we would either wait 30 minutes for an inside table or an hour of outside. While having drink while waited for first available we noted several empty tables. When we were finally called for our table we were taken to one of these same open tables. Why weren’t we seated there when we arrived at 9:00? Was this bad table management? A ploy to buy drinks at the bar? Unacceptable.
Always a great time
Great cocktails and hip vibe with awesome food.
Loved the octopus and ceviche, tilapia could have been juicer.
The short rib is unbelievable!!! Yellowfin tuna appetizer was a little disappointing- very delicious but not a lot of tuna meat (especially given the price). Beautiful interior and exterior - no bad tables!
Had a great time. Food was delicious and ambience was perfect. I felt a little bit rushed by the waiter, but he was very polite regardless.
Made a reservation and when I get there they told me that they didn’t have outside sitting.
Outstanding all the way around!
Every nice restaurant and food was AMAZING, although the 2 things that I originally ordered were out, third times the charm. But the service was terrible considering the restaurant was empty , would go back just for the food, but if the service is just as bad I probably won’t return. Will try one more time just for the food.
The service was great and it was bad. Poor management has created a situation where the servers are taking care of too many tables and for example, you are stuck waiting for drinks for 20 minutes and you have to wave down your waiter to order. Our server was super nice, but he had too many tables. Not his fault, just management did a horrendous job staffing the restaurant. Food was great, when you finally got it. Also, don’t drive there, took valet 30 minutes to get my car and there were only 3 people waiting for cars. Again, I blame poor management. Not sure if I would go back, probably not.
Great food! Beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu items, and attentive. Would definitely go back for a special occasion!
Not worth it. The octopus was dry and way too much breading. I've never been to a restaurant that screwed up octopus. The Cobia banana leaf was dry also. The veggie empanada was bland and oily. The beef brisket was pretty good but not $46 good. Not even close. The Carmel flan is gross. We only are half of it. The ambiance and service are very good though.
Excellent food, great atmosphere, beautiful location.
The view is spectacular. Our food not as spectacular. Our prawns were not cooked properly. They actually
Served them undercooked. The service was slow.
The setting is beautiful!
Service was poor and food ok.
Loved the yuca puffs.
I would go back for drinks and appetizers.
The service was very slow at lunch time. The food was great and the views amazing!
We are foodies and we thought everything was fabulous!! Highly recommend.
One of Miami's best. The service, food and ambience are amazing. The perfect date night and brunch with friends.
Love the place and food excellent!!
seafood parrilha uhauuuu super taste!
Good Food, Good Service. However price is not in the 31-50 range announced
Great venue, beautiful decor. Food was fresh and delicious. Our waiter was a pleasure. We enjoyed sharing the food among the 4 of us. It’s a “repeat” for us!
Loved the food and ambience
Thank you AMARA team for making our night a night to remember! Great service and great staff! We will be back
Insanely good food. Flavors and textures just experimental enough. In a beautiful setting.
Hidden gem that’s not so hidden! The atmosphere is second to none with the nice cool breeze off the ocean. Then the service from the manager Miki to go out of his way in order for you to be more then satisfied separates this restaurant from many other choices in South Florida. Absolutely no reason to venture down to South Beach when you have the food, service and atmosphere as a place like this. I highly recommend you try the Crispy octopus, cheese puffs and the Cobia! Cheers and enjoy the great cuisine!
This was a great restaurant. Bar tenders were knowledgeable and courteous. Food was amazing and the view spectacular.
I've been there a few times for Brunch. Each time I have gone the level of service has deteriorated. Of course, the venue & view are beautiful, but the service is not up the view. Also feel that the wine is a bit over priced and $35.00 corkage is excessive.
Easy like Sunday morning ;). Great Brunch
Overpriced food with poor selection. They charge $3 for two burned slices of bread and $18 for a tomato salad. Valet is advertised as $5 but it’s actually $10 on the weekends. Contrary to some online materials advertising $30 unlimited mimosas this is unavailable.
This is the 3rd time I go to this restaurant and it is confirmed: The food is subpar. Nothing really good or memorable. It is jjust ok. I would never go back to eat good food because there is none. It has a nice ambience with great water views. Service is also not extraordinary.
The restaurant has great decor, a little loud for our taste. View is great, a little hipster meets the 50's. Overall a 4 ,portions a little on the tight side for the price $$.
Service is sooo bad! Super slow! Valet also needs to improve! Such a mess! It took 30 min to bring my car.
Great food. Very romantic
Very pleasant meal, great ambiance, great corkage fee- service could have been a bit better.
unbelievable atmosphere inside or out. waterfront view is great but very windy at times. if winds are high, I highly suggest eating inside. octopus was great, crispy outside tender inside, loved the yucca mash. the farmers salad was large, shared it between two but could have shared with three. Grilled Pompano was outstanding as was the cobia.
