Beautiful restaurant with large doors opening directly onto the Inter-coastal waterfront. Diverse Latin themed menu of carefully curated dishes which allows any size group to find the right solution for the occasion. This was my second visit to the restaurant and I would highly recommend it as part of an ultimate Miami experience.
Amazing ambiance, beautiful location. Get is table outside, if weather permits - view is gorgeous. Food is really tasty, lots of flavors, has a fusion hint. Friendly and accommodating staff and waiters. Nice wine selection. Highly recommend!
Awesome food. Great views.
View of the very beautiful outside area, in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, with DJ playing lound songs and pleasant frequency
Enjoyed a great Sunday brunch with the family. Music was good, our server (I think her name was Katherina?, short blond hair) was awesome and the Manager Micky is fantastic and sets high standards for his team.
It was the worst lunch I had. We went there with our baby and a friend. We did a reservation and requested for a high chair. When we got there the high chair we waited 15min for the high chair. My baby had an allergy using the color pencils. The wine and the beer got 1hour to arrive! The food came one hour and a half after! The chorizo was raw! The beef no comments...
We had a reservation for an outdoor table. They had to move us due to an event and later again because we didn’t like the table they gave us( there was a water leak on top of us and my view was the boh staff hanging). We were okay with the moving around because at the end it was to better accommodate us, however on the first 15 minutes of my experience, I did not feel welcome and that kind of set the tone to my experience.
Staff was awesome, our servers in both sections that we were, were above and beyond and it was a busy shift so we were patient. A little faster pre bussing could have been done, but overall it was good and the view was just stunning.
Will be back and hopefully it will be a better experience.
Food is good but the host is incredibly rude person on the phone. Very unwilling to help
No manager went by to check on our table to seee if we were happy or not!
I spent close to $400 and felt like we were not given such service.
The setting is fantastic, very Miami. Wonderful food and specialty cocktails. The wood grilled items with sauces are amazing. Excellent seafood.
Beautiful place, the food excellent and the oceanview incredible. Highly recommended.
This is our third time here. Fantastic food great ambiance. Very friendly service. Highly recommend their ceviche especially if it's tile fish. Their banana leaf wrapped cobia is also extremely delicious, as well as yuca cheese balls. It's a nice haven of classic ambiance, great way to get away from the craze of South Beach.
I wanted to like this place so much! It was a beautiful location and we were impressed with the cocktails at the bar while we waited for our table. Once we got our table, things went downhill. Service was unbelievably slow. When our waiter finally arrived (easily 10-15 min after we sat down), he didn’t even offer to talk about the menu or what they had to offer. Just showed up and expected for us to be ready to order which, if I’m being honest, is ok since we waited for so long before anyone came to our table to talk to us anyway. Food was solid, chorizos were outstanding. Ordered dessert. Waiter came to check and saw dessert was still not at our table after another long wait. Everything was just so slow. Not even an apology. Typical Miami I suppose. Won’t be back.
Gorgeous!! Outside sweating is a must but the inside is also beautiful.
Smoking outside is the only thing the ruins the experience
The services food and whole experiences was amazing
Michael S does it again. Great location, decor and vibe. A worthy alternative to the sorely missed Cypress Room. Service was 4/5 stars, quite the surprise in a M.Schwartz location. Even though Miami service, on average, is mediocre, true service industry leadership does exist in this city and there are some establishments that have proven it.
Wonderful restaurant right next to the Intracoastal. Excellent food and service.
Great place for your party This place is great and people lovely
Disappointed with the Ceviche. Octopus and yuca were perfect but the ceviche was a huge disappointment.
An amazing culinary experience
We had a wonderful meal sitting outside. Beautiful ambience, delicious food, great service. Would highly recommend!
Amara is a wonderful space, elegant but not fussy. Dinner was absolutely delicious! Look forward to returning.
This place is pribably my favorite in Miami. I love everything about it.
Very nice all around. Nothing earth shattering here but a beautiful setting and solid cooking. And one of the best flans i have had anywhere. Recommended.
We didn’t like the work in progress outside...
Delightful- bartender was an assassin;)
I have been more than 5 times and last time was disappointed. We wait for the rest of the party at the bar before be seated and the barman ask me for my credit card once we order some beers and wine, we were seated and the drinks sent to the table, we were in the restaurant for 2 hours and after paying and leaving the barman never returned my card. I drove back from home to the restaurant and the barman was in a very strange and aggressive attitude very different from what you expect in a restaurant like this. I might come back to the restaurant but never to the bar, I hope restaurant review the service from the bar witch is absolutely different that from the rest of such nice place.
Great Service! Omar was a terrific waiter with outstanding recommendations.
A beautiful restaurant with a wonderful and great service. Food was good, but not spectacular.
This place must be the quickest way to spend money in Miami. Tiny portions of average seafood, served at lightening speed by staff who seemingly just want to get rid of their guests. Added to this we had the 'aggressive pouring' of our bottle of wine, meaning that by the time our entrees arrived, there was little left. Not a relaxing experience in any sense, despite the fabulous setting. The cost of the meal was eye watering for what we got… one small stone crab claw cost $21. Very, very disappointing.
The food, service and ambience was amazing. I have recommended Amara at Paraiso to a few friends. Very happy with everything :)
Beautiful place and incredible view of Miami! The service was good and the food is really tasty! The only problem is how long it took for the food to come out. More than an hour for our main course, which is a lot. The server said she was sorry and said 5 more minutes and it took 20 minutes more. It looked like the forgot to put in the order. We did get free dessert though, which was nice! Lots of options to order from. Maybe we'll try again in the future.
Awesome place ! Best view in town and the pisco sour cocktail was second to none ! I’ll be back.
Everything was perfect they even moved the heater for my girlfriend and provided her with a Shaw for warmth. Our waiter seemed too busy for us or sort of pretentious and we did not care for him.
Great ambience, good food, will definitely come back to sit outside!
The food, ambiance and the view, priceless.
We enjoyed the ambiance, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent! Highly recommend. My all time favorite is that arroz verde!
Service is nice but food is terrible
I had heard such wonderful things about the restaurant from so many friends. We finally decided to go. We were disappointed by the view (the area is under construction so we had a fence barring the beautiful view), and by the food. My fish was dry and the vegetables were extremely overcooked. The server was good and the bus boy was outstanding. The night was windy and things flew around, a wine glass was knocked over and he came quickly and efficiently took care of things. The restaurant itself is beautifully simple and elegant. The bathrooms needed a little tending to. Valet service was efficient and reasonably priced. May give the restaurant another try.
Delicious as always
The corn empanadas and the yucca balls are amazing. The food overall is delicious. Great ambiance and view.
