   My family of 4 went for my birthday party. The waitress came to the table for the first time and introduced herself and took our drinks order we also told her that it was my birthday, the hostess knew too. Then she came again without the drinks and even though the waitress ask us then if we wanted to order the appetizers and main course together, after waiting a long time the main course came in before drinks and appetizers. So basically we had to start eating the main course without or drinks. Then the appetizers came in and were wrong so they took it back to fix it. Then our drinks finally came in. The half chicken my husband order was cold and under cooked, it was red inside. For desdert we order a dessert thinking they will come to the table and sing for us. But no, another waitress come to the table with a candle and dropped the dessert there, didn’t sing happy birthday and neither say happy birthday just dropped the dessert there and left in a hurry. The waitress took responsibility over the appetizers saying she didn’t put the order wich I found supet bad service since she pushed us to order the main courses together with the appetizers saying the kitchen was busy but probably didn’t want to come to the table more times to save time. The restaurant at least didn’t charged us for the appetizers and chicken. Still though we won’t come again. Really really bad experience mostly for a birthday party.

   I was greeted poorly by a hostess scrolling on Instagram first , then I didn’t get the table I reserved for but when I asked for a table outside closer to the water which was all empty I was told out loud that because I didn’t pay a deposit I can’t pick the better chairs. That was kinda rude. The service was great , my server did a great job explaining the dishes , however the food wasn’t amazing. I had the verde rice and found it to be very bland and not much flavor. Ambience was nice , drinks were ok not great

   The service was extremely poor. We where able to receive 2 rounds of drinks throughout dinner which took forever. The octopus was very fishy unfortunately and the meat was ok. At the end of dinner which was approximately $425 we asked to have what was left boxed. They literally brought me a box and walked away. Personally if someone just paid so much for a dinner you can at least take it to the kitchen and box it for the customer. To make it even better I had to ask for silverware to put the food in the box. It’s unfortunate because I have been here before and this had to be the worst service in every aspect. Not to mention the ratchetness that was in the restaurant while we where having dinner. SMH.

   One of the few places in Miami where is a decent service and appropriate music for particular place! Many thanks to all the waiters for their work and respectful attitude and behavior. The interior is very suitable for the location and the outdoor terrace is very comfortable and cozy.

   It was fabulous. I took my mom for her birthday week in Miami. She thoroughly enjoyed the view, peaceful atmosphere, coconut drinks, and desserts. The dulce de leche was our favorite!

    Beautiful view and ambiance. The food was very good. We tried the family style dinner for 4 they offer and found the portions were not appropriate for the price. I would not recommend. Next time we would try individual selections.

    Our server, Tuchan ( I don’t know how to spell sorry…) was just amazing! He definitely bright our experience to the higher level. The food was awesome, ambience was exceptional, and overall experience was amazing. Our client was very happy. Thank you!

    The setting, food and service was immaculate. My meal was just spicy and I’m not a fan of that. If I realized sooner I would’ve asked to have it removed. But in all, delicious!

    I went there on Saturday, the venue is beautiful and there was a proposal outside which was wonderful !! The food tasted great but afterwards all of us felt terrible and two of us where way sicker than others. We think it might have been the spicy chorizo appetizer . I sent a email to the restaurant but no one responded which was disappointing .

    Holy Cannoli!!! What a view, what a restaurant. Saw this place featured on a YouTube video and knew we had to come by. Mac was an excellent server, waterfront view was to die for. Can’t wait to come back for dinner. I admittedly don’t remember how the food was but that’s probably a good thing. Extensive mock tail list too, which I found to be fabulous.

    Amara at Paraiso served a wonderful lunch on a lovely, ocean-front patio on a recent Friday. We noticed that the restaurant interior is beautiful, with trendy, airy decor. My reservation was ready for us on time, which we appreciated. Food and service were exceptionally great. We were celebrating our daughter's medical residency Match Day. The waiter provided stellar service, cheerfully refilling water frequently & recommending dishes when we asked. Our daughter ordered a ceviche. My husband ordered the featured lunch, which included an excellent, flavorful salad and his entree choice of delicious grilled cobia entree, followed by a choice of dessert. The waiter recommended the moist, delicious olive oil cake, which came with whole pistachios, yummy cream, and fresh sliced strawberries. I ordered a salad with mixed greens, different colored cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, sliced avocado, corn. I ordered grilled yellowtail snapper for additional protein. The salad and fish were superb. We had an excellent lunch with shade of an umbrella and faced the turquoise ocean. Kudos to our male waiter for superior service.

    We enjoyed a fantastic unfussy fine dining lunch with our parents while they’re vacationing in Florida. We enjoyed the excellent service and ambiance. Aside from briefly negotiating a better seat everything was perfect.

    First time there. Celebrating our wedding anniversary. Definitely a beautiful location. I splurged on the $45 pp premium to guarantee a waterside table. The premium does include a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne. There are plenty of tables outdoor where yo don't have to pay the premium for them. You're likely to get an outdoor seat during off season and off times so it's not a must to pay. The food is very good. For first timers like us, I recommend getting the Taste of Amara. You share 2 appetizers (Yuca Puffs + Fish Dip), a Salad, your choice of either a Meat or Seafood parrillada and a dessert (Dulce de Leche Flan). We went with the meat parrillada. Portions are generous and it's a good value for a 4-course meal literally. The Yuca Puffs were a bit too greasy and starchy. The dip with the fried plantains was superb. We got an extra Grilled Octopus app, which I recommend. The meat parrillada was large enough that we had to take home. The flan was good. Has a hint of coconut that blends well w the Dulce de Leche. Very nice experience and eating with a view of Biscayne Bay is why we called our city the Magic City.

    30 yr anniversary dinner and couldn’t be happier after going to Amara. The staff from the GM to the server were just wonderful- caring, happy and joyous in their tasks. Food was very good- whole snapper delish and perfectly prepared ; tuna carpaccio appetizer was great. Waterfront table graciously offered by the general manager made it an exquisite evening. Thank you Bek (waiter), Nuno(asst GM) for your candor, champagne and dessert, and of course the lovely GM at the front. You’re a gem. Thanks again and we’ll be back.

    I am pretty much "regular in this place; however. yesterday was the first samba brunch they launched and I was expecting a better show and music. The samba music and the sound was not good, and the show had could be much better. Food was delicious and services was good.

    My wife was really impressed by the food and the view of the water and the moon the waitress was also very nice and even packed our leftovers for us. She even gave me a blanket to keep warm during our windy dinner ❤️ we were more than satisfied.

    Haley our hostess left us for over an hour without water desert or clearing our table We were completely ignored over most of the 3 hour dinner. Could have been an expensive dinner if we would have been served. And a “fresh” stone crab tasted terrible. Never had one so bad. Ever!

    We have dined here many times. It was excellent once again. We were seated on time to a great table we had requested. Beg our server was excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed Yuca puff balls, empanadas, chicken, catch of the day and a great Albariño We enjoyed and will be back
