   It’s always a great experience to be on this restaurant, nice drinks, good food, smiles around, service is great and to be in front of the Biscayne Bay is relaxing and perfect.

   Waiter and the service was great , just valet situation was bad ... Made us turn around to go into a long line of people getting there cars no arriving, so we were very late for our table reservations .... outside for 30 minutes They seemed overwhelmed about it and stressed I believe they should have a better system , in and out lanes or ?

   *Valet parking overpriced ($25) and too slow. ($18 on website) *Waited 15 minutes to be seated eventhoug we had a reservation. *Waiting area sofa showed nasty stains. *Very limited or poor menu on special days. Undisclosed on website. *Glass of wine $17-$35 on average too pricey. *Rocky path to outdoor tables. Very uncomfortable to walk on heels. *Dinners were admitted with shorts and beach sandals. Dress code not enforced. *Unfenced dockside. Very dangerous for small children. *Too many people handling the table. Waiter, water guy, candle guy, server. *Outdoors wood tables pretty shabby. No table cloth. *20% tip added to bill upfront. (Undisclosed on website.) *Attentive, well groomed waiter. *Nice, quiet ambiance.

   I called twice (day prior and same day) to add one person to reservation (from 4ppl to 5)…and it was an automated. I was told there was no availability at reservation time. When I went to restaurant - many tables were empty. Additionally, we requested to sit indoors but all the tables were outdoor. Last but not least, service was below par as server did not submit my son’s dinner order. He eventually got meal well after we finished our meal. Additionally, one of the two appetizers was initially missed until we brought it to the servers attention. Tip was automatically included in final bill and no offer was made to adjust order/$ for the major inconvenience.

   Our food didn’t come out all at once. I was done with my food before others received their food. We didn’t see our waiter throughout the service. Different servers assisted. The food was ok.

   Terrible experience. Took my mom for Mother’s day and was extremely disappointed. The service is horrible we were there for 3+ hours. Never coming back. Everything took long, the food didn’t all come out together, as some food came out first it was cold. The waiter took forever to bring anything. Barely checked up on us and would check up only if we asked another server to get our waitress. Super disappointed and not worth the price at all. My family didn’t like the place at all especially the service. Horrible time and worse restaurant experience i’ve ever had.

   The view is beautiful and food is good. Unfortunately, the place is poorly managed. Everything takes forever: valet parking, drinks, food. It has been like this since it opened; it it weren’t for the view this place would have closed long time ago.

   Service was not great at all! Server was not helpful and had an attitude the whole time. Drinks took forever to arrive. Overall the experience was not great. Definitely wouldn’t go back. The best part about this restaurant was the view and swimming dolphins around the water!

    Had an Early Dinner 4PM, weather was Great, view amazing, server Tasha was great and spent some time with us. Great Mother's Day Dinner though it was Friday.
