Great environment and good prices for the food. The only change I would make is some of the front desk receptionist are not as pleasant and helpful. All other aspects are on point! Will return :)
Loved the table side service from the grill! Creative cocktails, fun overall.
Restaurante muito bom, comida espetacular e o custo beneficio imbatível. Super recomendo.
Great location and food. Love this place
The ambiance was lovely as was the view. My cocktail was also delicious. However the dood was so so. I loved the empanada and the ceviche but the giant prawn was way overdone and the farm salad was plain and boring.
Lovely restaurant on the water with exceptional service, wonderful food and an excellent wine selection. Don’t let the location and nearby construction throw you off, it’s a beautiful new place and very comfortable. Austin, the sommelier, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The kitchen was also accommodating - a must for foodies.
Food and service was great. Only issue is parking. Valet service advised cannot accept full size SUV’s
Celebrated my birthday at Amara for brunch and had an incredible dining experience! The food was delicious, the service was amazing, our waitress was exceptional, and the vibe and ambiance was perfect!
Sorry, But didn't enjoy the food. The ambience and view was very nice
I forgot my credit card at the restorant, i called, and I was a nightmare, nobody care, nobody helped me, I end up with no answer of the restorant! VERY BAD SERVICE
Incredible food at an amazing location! Still need to work on the service though.
Beautiful if unusual location (in the middle of an apartment development) The view over Biscayne Bay is stunning. The food is even better. From refined empanadas (short rib) to the best ever octopus (both crispy and grilled) . The Seafood parrillada is pricy but delicious..The giant prawn was superb but the scallops were too over spiced so that you couldn't taste the fish. I did tell the manager and they gave me others without the spice and they were heavenly!
The Dulce de Leche flan was a perfect ending. Good wine list
The food was tasty with bold, savory flavors; however, too salty. Service started off well and then extremely slow the second half. Our lunch experience took nearly 3 hours for 2 people.
Located in a new highrise development (4 attractively styled buildings) on the waterfront in the city of Miami. Hardly any street parking, but the Valet service was convenient and reasonably priced ($10 for Sun eve). Have been a fan of Michael Schwartz restaurants for several years, and while sorry to see the Cypress Room close, this one is a worthy addition. A different style/concept/taste of restaurant.
We were encouraged by the wait staff to try a few appetizers/salad, and we did, while splitting the main dish. Good advice, as what we ordered complemented the fresh Pompano entree, all with a distinctive, non-typical well-balanced seasoning. Sharing three cocktails, the bill ran a tad less than $200 for two of us, which I felt was good value given the quality of the food and the ambience. One regret - I felt slightly under-dressed in my casual attire, as many of the people around us wore far more impressive casualish fashion than we did. This wouldn't bother many, I guess, but next time I won't come as if I were going to Michael's Genuine.
The experience was great except for the bad attitude of the blond host.
Always s good experience.
Amazing food and location, service was great as well
The ambience was to die for. We just moved to Miami. It will be a place we would always go back and bring friends.
Loved the view, food and atmosphere, our server was amazing!
An amazing place for brunch with postcard Miami views...
We were celebrating my wife’s Bday! She absolutely loved the environment, I mean... who wouldn’t with such amazing property/location?
Food was delish’ our waiters were super attentive and helpful, always on top of every little detail. We went with our 2 and 5 yr/old and they loved playing in a very child safe environment.
Will definitely recommend this place for a family gathering.
Amazing restaurant and service. Beautiful place and the food delicious. I strongly recommend it
Had a later night girls dinner at Amara. The restaurant is absolutely stunning & the wait staff was amazing! I’d highly recommend this spot!
Delicious food great service and atmosphere highly
It was a beautiful S.Florida weather night and we sat outside which was very pleasant. The food was very good and so was service. OUr only complaint was that we ordered the parrilladas (one for meat and one for seafood) for a party of 6 and it was not enough food for everyone. If you order those bear in mind is
really to be shared by just two persons. The side dishes like the arroz verde is also for two persons.
We had a great time and plan to go back in the future.
Excelent Experience. The only disappointment was service. The waiting for drinks, food, etc.
I must say, we didn’t felt welcome from the moment we arrived nor it was the best impression for me nor my guests that were visiting our of town. We arrived on time and were advised to wait at the bar, fast forward to 45 minutes later (still waiting on a packed bar) unable to order since there were only two bartenders managing a big crowd and we were ready to leave. It seems as it was their opening night, everyone was running around trying to keep everything under control but unfortunately failed since we were not the only ones without tables.
Now, Into the positive part, once we finally got our table, the whole experience changed in a good way, our waitress was extremely nice, food was very good, they explained to us that it was not common the chaos they had that night. If it wasn’t for the waiting part I would say it would be a 5 Star experience. Special thanks to the waitress attending our table and for the desserts. At the end we ended up having a nice evening.
The location is great but they need to refresh their menu. The menu is stale.
great Latin food and ambience. BT Sunny Isles Beach
It was very hard to find the restaurant !
Went to 3difftent buildings all call Paraiso but non of them had Amara & gave up !!
Called restaurant & cancelled reservation !
Then one day I went exclusively to find it ! Found it completely at a different address from the GPS
Re poked it & went with my own car ! Instead of Uber
Restaurant is beautiful , nice menu , hopefully they ‘ll maker more towards the residents if the area !
Tourists will not go out if their way to find it !
Best of luck ! Food was good by the way
Very nice restaurant with a great view and excellent service I was there for our anniversary and the food was delicious. However everything, I mean everything is spicy. Even the drinks.
Outstanding service and excellent food. Terrific view
Overall it was a great dinner! We came in had a drink at the bar first which was fabulous in looks, cocktails, and friendly bartenders. We then continued to a beautiful table that look over the bay outside and was very beautiful. The food and cocktails were divine. Great Restaurant
Cobia was RAW AND COLD!
Sancerre was great
Amazing flavors. Beautiful setting
The food was incredible! The views were so pretty. Lovely spot. Pricey- but you are paying for what you are getting!
Really nice place, food and service, I love this place
Everything was very nice. Enjoyed the meal and service.
Beautiful restaurant. Food was good, however, a couple of our dishes were salty. I would return. It is a nice place for a good meal.
Great location! The food is a little pricey but it was good. I would come back!
