Amalia: Located in the heart of Miami Beach’s historic Art Deco district Amalia is a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant helmed by Argentine native Executive Chef Juan Carlos Díaz. Amalia’s menu showcases the clean, healthy dishes that are the stars of Mediterranean cooking, complemented by subtle Latin American accents. Here, Chef Gustavo Diaz serves a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu that encompasses the Mediterranean basin, including Italy, Spain, Morocco and Israel while honoring his roots and culinary training with flavors from Argentina and Peru. Inspired by coastal Mediterranean and Patagonian charm, the beautifully designed space features an open kitchen, lush greenery and an array of seating options in the bar and dining area. Outside, the expansive patio is the perfect setting to enjoy a bite al fresco.

I go regularly to this restaurant and I have never been disappointed. It is always a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff there.!

Front of the house very slow and not attentive which was amplified by back of the house that took forever to get food out and clearly overwhelmed. Mandatory service charge of 20%! Not good.

Initially came here because it’s part of my hotel, but I kept coming back—for breakfast and dinner. Everything is just spot on: beautifully designed yet relaxed atmosphere, service that anticipates your every wish with professionalism and warmth, and a kitchen that’s far beyond the ordinary. The dishes are both pure and refined, with top-tier quality and flawless execution. Honestly, Michelin should take notice. A truly exceptional experience!
