Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

                                                                                                                                          Came in for Restaurant Week Prie Fixe Menu, wait staff were great, my water never got low, they were constantly topping it off. Went on a Tuesday and was surprised how busy it was. Food was great, will be back to try more items on the menu.

Octopus appetizer was charred to a crisp basically burnt. The entree the chicken parm was over breaded and over cooked rending it very dry. The 3 excellent meal consisted of Artichoke appetizer, 2 chicken parms with lots of sauce which helped with the dry meat, 1 branzino, crispy potatoes, polenta with mushrooms, pistachio sundae. Service was great, nice lady. Yes, would recommend.

The only comment I have is the price of the fresh fish options. I selected Black Sea bass. The price was not explained to me (mkt price) . The fish was filet per my request $80 for two very small filets. The octopus, Caesar salad, fish stew, and a side of pasta with tomato sauce all were delicious!
