Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

The seasonal artichoke appetizer is a "must order". The chopped salad was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Save room for dessert. The seasonal strawberries and cream was absolute heaven, and the almond gelato was so good. Would definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.
