Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

                                                                                                                                          We really enjoyed our experience at Amalfi. The service was outstanding, and the food was exquisite. We especially enjoyed the Squid ink pasta and the zucchini/shishito pepper pasta. Very yummy. I would eat here again!!

                                                                                                                                          The food is not worth the hype. Pasta came out undercooked and it lacked elevated flavor. The noise level was very high for a nice restaurant being situated on the casino floor with an open air concept. Good service but quality of food was just not there. Would’ve preferred a more classic approach to Italian cuisine with better quality.

                                                                                                                                          We selected our red snapper which was cooked to perfection. The focaccia was crispy and light, the clam linguine was savory and the artichoke and peas were yummy. We ended with the cherry pastry dessert which was superb. Our waitress Deanna was amazing! Thank you!

                                                                                                                                          Food was delicious, service was amazing. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. The crispy artichokes were so good, I had the Branzino, lemon Meyer with capers and the Gnocchi with a Caesar salad. Can’t say anything bad about any of it, the Gnocchi was my favorite, it was like a bite of heaven! Finished the meal with chocolate hazelnut cake!

                                                                                                                                          We were celebrating our 42 wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.Our server, Janelle, was funny and efficient and knowledgeable and helped choose the correct wine for meal. She helped make the evening special. We had the flat iron shrimp appetizer, lobster cavatelli, ribeye, bone-in and crispy potatoes. Each item was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, especially the steak. We didn't have bread which was offered and that was a mistake as most dishes deserved a mop up. Finished the meal with a light delicious lemon dessert. I have dined here before and had the same experience. So do not hesitate to have a meal here.
