Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

The food came very fast, and it was delicious. The seafood tasted very fresh and was a great choice. My only small note is that the tables are very plain (no center table decoration). I would definitely go again.

Everyone we encountered from hostess to busboys were so friendly, except our server. She wasn’t bad, per se, just unengaging. We tried having pleasant conversations with her (as we did with others) there and yet she was just without personality. We actually nicknamed her as “Robot-a” for the rest of the trip. Our favorite dish was the “rag” pasta with arrabiata sauce. While we shared dishes, we regret that we only got one order of this one.
