Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. We enjoyed the first course of artichokes and the house bread, which was fantastic. Our entrées were disappointing. We both chose pasta dishes and they were both so small. They look like appetizer portions. I had the lobster pasta dish and it was definitely not worth $42. Hardly any lobster meat – or langostino- if that’s what it was – in it. My friend’s zucchini pasta was very small portion as well.  Maybe the other entrees had better value – not sure.

                                                                                                                                        The focaccia bread had hardly any rosemary. The bread on its own was good but definitely not focaccia bread. The aperol spritzes had no flavor, and the crispy potatoes were glorified hash browns with half being soft and some crispy. Not a fan. big fan of Bobby Flay but wouldn't return here. I will say the bucatini with the red clam sauce was delicious

                                                                                                                                        Had the chefs selection price fix menu with the filet mignon, wife had the sciatelli pasta. Food was top notch. Steak was excellent and all the sides were too notch. Service was impeccable. Friendly staff, informative of menu and options. Glasses never empty, plates cleared promptly. It is Vegas and in an expensive hotel but $22 for a drink is robbery to me and feels like a gouge. Did not buy and is not solely this establishments issue. Value for money takes a hit more because of this. Ambiance was great but this is right next to the casino floor and cig smoke was strong in there just wafting in from the gamblers. Would go again on special occasion only for the food not the drinks.

                                                                                                                                        I have been to Amalfi a few times now… The last time I was there was about seven months ago. In that seven months things have gone, unfortunately, a little downhill. This time when I went, the portions were smaller, the pasta was overcooked… And the pasta rags sauce had little to no flavor, and the crab meatballs were tough. We love, Bobby Flay and try to support his businesses, but I am disappointed that this place will no longer be our go to.

Pasta tasted very fishy, calamari was overcooked and chewy. We sent polenta back . It was very greasy and tasted rancid . The dirty martini and blue crab meatballs were noteworthy
