   Chris was terrific helping us navigate through our selections. Really smart place to share dishes. Had two fish each with its own simple preparation, a wonderful cherry tomato salad and pasta dish. Started with grill octopus. Overall great stuff and not too expensive.

   It was our anniversary dinner. We sampled pasta, fish, and the chicken Parmesan. Everything was delicious. The service was top notch attentive and genuinely happy to serve. We’ll be back.

    I had high expectations for food coming with Bobby Flay name after watching him cook on tv shows for many years. The chicken parm dish was plain tasting and the tomato sauce tasted like it came out of a can with no addition herbs added to it. The burata cheese came by itself to eat and the potatoes were a little salty and nothing fancy. We were disappointed and will go one of many other fine resturants on our next visit.

    We had a business meal. Service was slow to start but once it got rolling it couldn't have been better. Excellent attention to detail, lovely waitstaff and great atmosphere. Wonderful experience. I will come again next time I'm in town ;).

    Food was good, especially the Blue Crab Meatballs and Bobby’s Pistachio Gelato. Table service was fantastic and ambience was lively and only loud due to it being a full house of people thoroughly enjoying their evening.

    Great service and one of the best meals I’ve ever had. You gotta try the crispy potatoes. Also the concept of choosing your own fish is pretty awesome. Cocktails were totally on point. Expect to spend a decent amount. 100% worth it though.

    The food is superb. They really shouldn’t let people wear shorts for dinner when they recommend business casual. I understand this is Vegas but the vibe is upscale and patrons should respect that

    Amalif was an incredible experience. The fishmonger station where you can pick out your desired fish is amazing. Fresh, delicious Italian seafood and pasta dishes. Good wine selection and the bar area is beautiful and amazing. 5-Star restaurant for sure.

    After being disappointed at Nobu the previous evening, we were absolutely blown away with our experience at Amalfi! To be honest, I go to Nobu New York frequently and my experience at the Vegas location (food, service and overall value) left a bad taste in my mouth. Amalfi changed that. The food was absolutely delicious…every single course. The service was warm, knowledgeable and authentic. We shared our meal and beyond satisfied with the overall value of the experience! - Focaccia Bread…Yes - my God…that bread is absolute FIRE. Don’t be a “I don’t eat bread” person today! - Shrimp Scampi (handmade noodles, sauce to die for with rock shrimp everywhere!) - Ribeye Steak (came carved, cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection) - Side of Parmesan lemon potato's…no words can describe. Just get them. I literally wanted to pack them up and bring them back to Toronto with me. For real. So great - looking forward to going back next time we’re in Vegas. Would strongly recommend 🔥🔥🔥

    The food, cocktails and wine was wonderful! Our waiter was fabulous! The background noise and the extremely loud music though made it difficult to hear the wait staff. It made conversation at our table a quite a challenge as well. It was not the atmosphere expected for a nice restaurant. The music was a loud and thumping vibe. It would have been much nicer to be enjoying quiet, intimate and relaxing music which would be more in line with achieving an authentic Italian atmosphere more in line with the delicious cuisine.

    Food was amazing. Service was great. You have to get the grilled octopus appetizer. We got chicken Parmigiano, the bone in ribeye, squid ink fettucine, and the scialatielli. 2 bottles of wine with our dinner of 4. We spent just under $500. Would recommend to everyone.

    One of my fiances favorite places, we just love the fresh fish selection , great service and an outstanding wine selection ! This time the server was extremely helpful and outstanding as far as attention to our needs ! A must for anyone who visits Ceasars Palace! We will be back for sure!

    Food average, probably our expectations on flavour, appearance and originality were too high, just like the prices for quality of food and service. Although clean restaurant, men’s washroom was disgusting. Some kitchen staff wearing gloves which does not replace cleaning of hands, it would help to train staff on sanitary handling of food and dishes. Although fans of Bobby Flay’s tv show, not going back to that restaurant.

    Amalfi dishes did not disappoint. Ask for the Foccacia bread( not on the menu). The service was great and our water glasses were never empty. The food was prepared and presented well.
