too many people milling around in lobby waiting to be seated. room is too loud. Service was slow - not enough servers. food was mediocre. food choices boring and insufficient. it was hot in the room. It felt too crowded and chaotic. I did not like this restaurant at all and will not be back.

Waited 15 mins with reservation. Served water with hair and dirt in the glasses. Table would Wobble every time we moved. Not worth the price

Service was amazing as was the food. The lemon Amalfi themed was so cute. The hostess was so nice. The pasta was light and delicious. Drinks were refreshing and dessert-the perfect ending.

Restaurant is beautiful and the food is good. However, even with a reservation we had to wait quite some time to be seated. Our table was in front of a huge fan that made our entire experience very distracting - hair and napkins were blowing and we couldn't hear anything but the fan. Additionally, as a table of four we ordered a handful of appetizers to share, and the waiter never mentioned that they each only came with three pieces.

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. It was a little warm. It’s in the roof and enclosed but didn’t seem to be air conditioned. But a very beautiful space. Very special.

Food was overall bland and boring. We were underwhelmed. The atmosphere was loud and frenzied. Do not recommend.

Still waiting to speak to a general manager. The new Serra is terrible a lot needs to be addressed in terms of how the staff is handling overall.

Food and drink were very slow to come out. Other tables who sat after us had their meals come out much more quickly. I wouldn’t have minded as much had my two young kids not been there. Food was excellent, however, and great ambiance.

I have been here multiple times and always come back for more. Service is always excellent and the food is definitely top-notch. I highly recommend.
