Great food as always but AWFUL SERVICE. Did not refill our water glasses, disappeared for long periods. This place used to promote top service but our last two times it has been poor unfortunately.

This was my first experience at Amal, it was fabulous, the food was excellent, and our Server was so knowledgable, super professional and friendly, He made the experience wonderful. I will defiantly be back again. Thank you !

We have been to Amal several times in the past, and what stood out most was the ambiance. Last night was totally different. They had dancing girls gyrating in the center of the restaurant, a DJ playing loud music, and several windows were open - we were bitten by mosquitos. We asked the server to request the DJ to tone down the music, and close the windows. He said neither request could be met. If we wanted to be subjected to mosquitos and humidity, we would have asked for an outside table. The music made it impossible to have a conversation. Very very disappointed.. We were a party of 5 and all agreed it was a most unpleasant evening. Not coming back

The restaurant is beautiful. The service was good, but the food was cold and the lamb chops were very tough. We told the waitress are concerned and all day offer was to reheat the food. Very disappointing for the cost of the meal $175 per couple.
