Amazing dining and service experience. Sit by the water and make sure EJ is your waiter. Couldn’t have asked for a better time.

If you decide to visit St. Croix ,it would be a disappointment if you didn't know about Restaurant Ama. We booked a room at The waves at Cane bay and discovered a beautiful restaurant located next to us right on the water. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, it was absolutely perfect. The service was on point, attention to detail every step of the way. The food was out of this world. Everything from thai coconut mussels to the steak and local lobster and fresh local fish. It was all really really amazing. Really all I can say is if you don't know about Ama ,you should. Special thanks to the staff Chef Phillip, Shari, and Sean. You made our trip to your beautiful island pure special and hard to duplicate. Thanks again Billy and Kara

Our server, Lee, was very knowledgeable about the food offerings and attended to our need rapidly. We live by Salt River and have partaken AMA may times.

We were so looking forward to eat at AMA for many years while vacationing and finally went. Never in my life while dining at 5 stars or any restaurants around the world did I ever experienced to be told that we needed to leave so abruptly and stunned our party as another party needed our table. I need to Premise we had just finished our wine and desserts and by far not lingering at the table. I am in this business and would never hold a table so the restaurant cannot turn over the table. But either inform the guest upon seating it is a 1.5 to 2hour maximum (with appetizers entrees and desserts, if we had known we would only have ordered entrees so not to rush) or ensure drinks and meals are being timed better (wait for bottle of wine and entrees) as guest have no control if kitchen is behind. Suggestion may be have the manager kindly come to the table versus a staff member evicting you by saying we need to leave like now. As again being in this business I reached out first to their email to give feedback but no follow up. On a brighter side the food was excellent except for the pasta dish that was barely lukewarm. But when you just do spend such an amount for dinner some basic expectations should align. Needless to say we will never go back and enjoy the hospitality of many other amazing restaurants in St Croix that value your business!

We had an amazing time having brunch at AMA Cane Bay! The views of the ocean are beautiful. The covered outdoor seating is very nice and cool. The service, drinks and food were all on point. My kids loved the banana pancakes and we ate the lobster Benedict, biscuits and gravy and ceviche.
