Altura applies the focus of ingredient-driven Italian cooking to the natural bounty of the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on wild foraged products, pristine Puget Sound seafood and locally raised heirloom meats and vegetables. Arguably the best restaurant in Seattle, in my opinion. The food is locally sourced and inventive, and delicious! This is a special occasion restaurant that is worth it!

One of the most memorable dinners I've had in my entire life. The food was spectacular. So much creativity and love. It was just spectacular!

An Overall Fantastic dining experience. Most professional. Dinner took 3 hours and was well worth every minute. If you want M-3star without the cost and pomp. Go see Altura. Better experience, value and quality
