   There is no hostess to check in with and the wait staff seemed annoyed that we were asking for help. We ordered breakfast and it took over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive it was too cold to eat. I would avoid this restaurant.

   Nice hotel lobby restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a nice music vibe and fresh food. Just in from San Diego and enjoyed my steak salad (great steak and avocado on a mix of greens). Server Casey was especially attentive and helpful.

   Service: entire service staff was friendly and attentive. Food: A mixed bag...Bruschetta was top notch. Shrimp appetizer were very tasty, but over priced. Steak in the steak was mid tier quality, although cook to the perfect wellness. Ambiance: A modern decor and nice atmosphere.

   We went before going to Gammage for a show. The staff seemed a little disorganized but they were very friendly and we were able to enjoy our dinner and drinks with plenty of time to get to the theater. Thank you

    I loved the environment and the food. It is such a cute place to go any time of day. I got the salmon bored and i will 100% recommend. It might have been just my particular waitress, but the service was not the best. She was just overall not very welcoming and left us without water for at least 10 minutes.

    Went for dinner with some friends, very underwhelming overall while also being extremely overpriced. A friend ordered coke that came flat so we sent it back and asked for a sprite which was also flat Service was nice but not the most attentive, the restaurant was surprisingly not busy and we got stuck in a corner by a door that was locked but people kept trying to get in with idk didn’t like that lol The menu online is no longer accurate so I was disappointed to discover that both drinks I was interested in ordering were actually no longer offered I got 2 drinks, a salad, and paid for an appetizer and my solo bill was $87 before tip, there are far better options for this price point. Don’t think we will return which is unfortunate

    First time here. Enjoyed it very much. Nice venue, with a focused menu and option to sit outside. Some traffic noise but still a very enjoyable time. I will definitely return.

    --Not good: reservation time through OpenTable was a bit dishonest in describing availability. Restaurant was empty when I arrived before my party of 5 arrived and remained fairly empty for the hour we were there. --Good: staff pulled together tables for a better seating experience than that booked through OpenTable. --Not good: "Brunch Menu" not so creative, very mediocre-my guests all agreed. --Not good: Simple things like coffee cup or water glass refills were ignored even though restaurant not busy. --Good: Staff VERY friendly. --Thank you for the experience.

    The service was great and prompt. I loved the open view of the kitchen it was neat to see the plates getting dressed. Only flaw was the drinks arrived after the food was served. Definitely a pretty place.

    Way too much salt. Too much garlic, as well. For example, the black rice is wonderful, except for somewhat too much garlic and way too much salt. Excellent service. Small but very nice menu.

    The time between ordering and food being served was about 40 minutes, despite the fact that there were only two tables with guests in the entire restaurant at the time. Then the food was so salty and the French fries looked like some leftovers from the previous day. The experience was absolutely horrible!

    Nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Appetizer came out with the main course and was tepid. The salmon entrée was ok but nothing special.

    Service was very slow, drinks food and tab. Food is just adequate. An attempt to be creative but too much oil and fried offerings. Brussel sprouts are absolutely awful.

    The Friends Themed Dinner was amazing I took my sister for her birthday and we are both Friends Fans. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were incredible. The chef provided an excellent description of the courses and was in tune with the theme. We were very impressed. We also loved how the chef complimented the staff. I look forward to the next dinner experience for my moms birthday.

    Unfortunately this was the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had. I work in the service industry and understand short staffed situations but this was a whole new level. First, we couldn't find the front entrance. Nobody could so people were wandering around trying to get seated. I asked a few people, nobody could tell me where to go. Sat at the table they directed me to for 15 minutes and didn't see anyone serving. Lots of food runners just standing by the service area not doing anything. We eventually moved to the bar and we got served. She was lovely enough but still service took over 30 minutes to get water and our drink order in. It just went like that the whole time even after it emptied out. Nobody seemed in charge, or nobody seemed to be offering great service. It was a big mess. I'd definitely not come back after that.

    We enjoyed our meal at Alter Ego so much. The staff were super friendly without being overbearing at all. It was fun talking to them and they were so kind telling us about activities in the area. Our waitress, Julie, was especially kind! And the food was fantastic. We had the smoked salmon board and the Korean omelette - the portions were perfect and everything was so fresh and tasty! We will go back for sure!!!! Highly recommend!
