Do not recommend. We had a reservation, sat down on time, the waitress stood at the table behind us for 15 minutes talking to her friends. We had menus, were ready to order drinks at least, we started looking around for another server, made eye contact with her a few times and no one ever came. Finally after over 15 minutes of no one coming to the table we got up to leave. At this point, and only this point, did the waitress run over and ask if we would like to order or "can I at least get you some drinks??" We said no, we've been here for over 15 minutes and you were talking to your friends the entire time.
There was no one in the main restaurant, and no one to greet us. I walked up a few flights to the roof. There I saw a waitress, and got a table. The service was ridiculously slow, even though the place was more than half empty. At least two tables that arrived after we did, with larger parties, got their food before us. And we only ordered sandwiches. It was an okay view. But not much of a food or drink selection.
The food was cold and tasteless. We were very disappointed.
The first time I went I thought the short Ribs were amazing. I planned a birthday dinner for my boyfriend with some family members. We were expecting a fabulous meal. When we ordered the Short Ribs we were told it was not available. There was a St Patricks day special menu. I was very upset that we had to settle for stew on this special occasion. I was not made aware of this when making the reservation. It ruined my special plans for a special birthday dinner for my boyfriend. The portions were small and our whole party was left feeling hungry and disappointed. VERY DISAPOINTED.
Service was good but had to send my food back because it was cold. Even when the food was hot it wasn’t very flavorful.
Went for Lancaster City Restaurant Week but ate off the regular menu. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Service was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and informative! We will be back and will bring others with us.!
Service was very attentive. Menu was simple but we took advantage of the food week specials. Chocolate bomb cake was crazy good!
Myself and a few co-workers decided to come here for restaurant week. There were only three other tables seated in the dining area throughout the time we spend there. We all ordered multiple tacos but that seemed to be a strain on their kitchen (there were 5 of us and we each ordered a handful of tacos). Only half of our group received their tacos when the server brought them out. By the time they finished eating the rest of the group was still waiting on their first order. When the bill came they over charged a member of our group (They we $2 or all you could eat for $10, they were charged $10 but only had 3 tacos, when brought to the servers attention she said the manager wouldn't change the check total!). The tacos were barely warm but they still tasted pretty good.
My husband and I came here for valentines day. We ate from their special valentine menu which was a great deal and also very tasty! Service and atmosphere is great.
Enjoyed our meal. We were pleasantly surprised at the delicious menu and relaxed atmosphere.
The service and food were both outstanding . I was there on a busy night and the staff had no problems keeping pace.
The staff is so friendly and makes you feel like a friend rather than a customer
We had a 645 dinner reservation on a Friday in the dinning room. A very loud live band was playing and we could not hear each other, there was not even one other person dinning, and only one person watching the band. We finished our drinks in the bar area away somewhat away from the band, which we would return to for drinks only. The band was good, but not for dinner!!!!! We went somewhere else to eat. I would urge management to allow such loud music to only be played only after 930pm. No one wants to scream during a romantic dinner date.
Elegant atmosphere and delicious metropolitan cuisine. Manager gave us a tour of the third floor dining room and the private event room which we plan on utilizing both of them this coming December!
I’ve been to every restaurant in Lancaster multiple times and I promise this is unlike anything you’ve experienced in this city!
It was our 2nd time on the roof and it was outstanding! First time, it was clear they were a new restaurant but 2nd time around it was flawless!
The ambience was nice, view was great. The drinks are a bit overpriced and not very strong.
Went for dinner before the theatre. Service was so bad we only were able to have wine. Watched food be delivered to two separate tables without silverware. Both groups, literary, waited 10 minutes watching their food chill over in front of them. Rude service. Disorganized. Go spend your money anywhere else at any of the many "good" restaurants in town.
