   Food is inconsistent -- some pastas excellent and underwhelming. Service can be spotty; I visited on a holiday weekend and they seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.

   We had the ‘special’ set degustation menu and every dish was superb. Our waiter suggested the perfect Italian wines to go with our meals which made it easy for us. The restaurant is stylish but cosy with great background music. It could not have been a better experience with family. We will definitely return.

   The best pasta I have ever eaten in my life. Outstanding service, explanations given of all the food, wonderful ambience and buzz in the restaurant. However, not a place to go to for an intimate dinner.

    We have been dining here regularly since it opened. James and his colleagues run a first class trattoria. Outstanding Italian wine list complementing wonderfully tasteful Piedmontese regional food. Who could ask for more.
