   Great brunch food and drinks. Ordered Chilaquiles and the sauces were amazing. I also ordered a mezcal margarita and was fantastic. Highly recommend.

   Awful waitress - she had a terse manner, and a huge attitude. Anything we asked for was a big inconvenience to her based on her reaction. Shame since it was a birthday lunch and meant to be a special one.

   The fish tacos (Mahi-Mahi) were delicious. I’m use to 3 tacos but 2 of these tacos are the perfect amount. The Brussel sprouts were tasty (a tad too sweet for me, but yummy for my wife). And we loved the margarita cocktail. Brittany, our server, was pleasant and took care of us. BIG UPS to the cool QR scan for payment and tip.

    Before the pandemic, this was one my absolute favorite places in the neighborhood because of its top notch, creative and delicious dishes. No more. I got the maitake tacos, which were downright awful, and the octopus. The octopus was tender, but the dish was otherwise boring. I am sad about the decline of this once great restaurant.

    had an issue with getting the food for one of the guests in our party, who waited over 40 minutes, while the rest of us got our food within 10 minutes of ordering, and there was nothing done to address or compensate this scenario. That said, food is great, maybe don't go during prime hours.

    Alta Calidad is such a great addition to the neighborhood. The food is excellent. Our guest that evening said it was the best carne asada (tacos) he had ever had! I do think they need to watch their prices. I live in NYC so I am used to it, but given it is a neighborhood place it’s getting a bit too close to special occasion pricing. Especially the drinks.

    Food and drinks were great. Place is quite loud, though, with a preponderance of bass coming from the speakers. Probably a good idea not to order everything at the same time, too, or all of your food will pretty much all come out at the same time.

    The food was terrible, and that was a surprise. No one seemed to ask about or care that we didn't finish any of the courses of our food. The Valentine's menu I found online was totally different that the menu that day. Before we even got in the door they told us we only had 90 mins, which was fine but told in a rude way.

    First time going to Alta Calidad! we loved it and will be back. Their tacos are great! although I am not an expert on Mexican food, so I do not know how they compare against the real thing. But everything tasted delicious, from the guacamole to the tacos (we tried all the varieties, and the chicken was my favorite) and the side dishes and dessert. The food is great, they use authentic ingredients and recipes, and they have tacos for every taste! We also enjoy the tres leches cakes, which was amazing! The place is a bit small so not great for big groups, but I haven't been to their covered patio - maybe they have a larger space in the back. The service was great! we had great food recommendations. We came all the way from Manhattan but will definitely be back!

    I went to Alta Calidad yesterday with relatives and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I had the pea shoot chick pea tacos which were outstanding. We also shared the yucca "tots" and some excellent fresh guacamole. My dinner mates said their tacos were delicious and well and the margaritas were top notch. I had a few glasses of a very lovely Albarino wine and the wait people were attentive and professional. I will definitely go again and I would recommend Alta Calidad to anyone who enjoys delicious food in a beautiful ambient setting.

    We came because of the apparent ratings, but the food was not worth the price. My sissy and I ordered shrimp tacos, as the menu was limited, unlike a normal Mexican restaurant. The tacos were heavily battered and extremely greasy. Not to mention, our plates were messy on top and below, I guess from the cook’s hands. This was definitely a disappointment.
