Im Restaurant lag unsere Reservierung nicht vor !!!! Haben aber trotzdem ein Tisch bekommen. Schade, schlechte Kommunikation , Open Table?

Das größte Problem war dass meine Reservierung gar nicht dort registriert war da das Restaurant nicht mehr mit OPEN TABLE zusammenarbeitet, daher war meine Reservierungszeit völlig unnötig. Das Restaurant war sehr leer aber laut Open tanke war 17.45 die letzte freie Zeit was nicht stimmte.

Authentic German food and beer, with special emphasis on potatoes. All very tasty. Only small problem was finding the restaurant because the name on the door was Alt-Berliner Wirsthaus, not Kartoffelhaus. You really had to look at the fine print on the menu to see the Kartoffelhaus name.

Das Alt-Berliner Wirtshaus ist ein uriges Restaurant mit vielen regionalen Gerichten, wo jeder etwas findet. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll, die Bedienung aufmerksam und nett. Wir sind gern hier zum ungezwungenen Treffen mit Freunden.

Das Thema "Kartoffel" könnte noch verbessert werden. Ansonsten war das Essen lecker und der Preisdafür passt.

Eisbein- warm. Erbspüree- kalt. Passt irgendwie. Der Kellner leicht verwirrt bis inkompetent. Sehr traurig zu sehen wie ein gutes Restaurant weniger wird.
