Alpine Social - Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
If you’re looking for hearty comfort food, you’ve found it. Its artisan, locally grown, alpine-inspired food and it tastes even better at 5,200 feet. Claim your seat at the bar or gather your crew and dig in to dishes that will satisfy your mountain-size appetite. Keep in mind; calories don’t count in the Rockies.
Reward yourself for conquering Fairview with a cold, frosty pint. We’ve got enough local craft beer to satisfy the thirst of the entire town. Looking for something more elevated? Our cocktail menu features aged spirits for sipping along with a number of savory options. Don’t miss the selection of 20 Bourbons and 20 Canadian Whiskeys.

Enjoyed the sharing plate and found tremendous value! Extensive cocktail list and craft beers. Our server, Andrew was the best service we’ve ever had anywhere hands down. Andrew was friendly and super humble. We’ll be back as often as possible!
Over-priced, average food. The Flatbread was good, but the Mushroom Ravioli sauce (sun-dried tomato pesto) unsuitable for mushrooms at all. The price of drinks is absolutely overrated.
Ok. Not worth the price though. The menu tries to be a sort of tapas place i.e. It's divided into small medium and large plates, but the items aren't exactly conducive to that. The waffle fries are bland sad and hopeless, a lot like the other things on the menu. Mediocre at best. They do have an extensive alcohol drink selection
Salmon over cooked and dry.
Nice for a quick bite or a light meal. Nice live music in the background. We arrived at the hotel later than planned & had a quick, late meal. It was perfect for our needs.
Relatively inexpensive option to eat at Chateau Lake Louise. I had the Cheesy Flatbread and my husband had the burger. Good with good service.
Over-priced, average food. The price of drinks is absolutely exorbitant. Not great value or overall quality but there are very limited dining options at Lake Louise.
If you pass on Highway 1 @ any tume go to lake louise and if its near lunch or dinner, make a stop their
Very good food worth the price
Only improvement, temperature Inside the alpine restaurant was a bit high
Awesome service from Chelsea. Salmon was excellent along with view, wine and mashed potatoes.
Shared 18 oz Grilled Salmon on bed of ancient grains was wonderful. Grilled to our liking and very moist. Unique old fashion cocktail options were excellent.
Alpine Social is a refreshing addition to Château Lake Louise. The evening begins with a casual setting and becomes more animated as the night carries on - around 11pm, there is a DJ by the bar area bringing a new energy to the room.
The menu is brillant as you can share smaller or larger dishes or, even better, a variety of premium steaks (highly recomended!!). The wine list is not too extensive, which makes it perfect for the style of restaurant. On the other hand, their cocktail list is very diversified with an incredible amount of choices. Overall, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere fun and the staff is very attentive. I would recommend Alpine Social to anyone that is visiting Lake Louise!
An excellent option for Chateau Lake Louise guests who want a less formal and less expensive option for dinner. Fairly good beer selection. TV's available for watching sports. Excellent hamburger and sweet potato fries.
Great dining place after a long day on the road and wanting a great meal and awesome service
Nice tavern atmosphere in the Fairmont. We couldn't get an Open Table reservation for 7 PM and rushed in for 6:30. Place was empty - they weren't even interested in getting our name for the reservation. Food was good, portions reasonable, service indifferent. Each course delivered by a different person was fine, but no one took responsibility for filling water glasses, timely delivery of check or asking if we needed anything. It was a pleasant meal, we would go back... Just expect basic service.
