Flounder, lettuce, tomato, mayo, Thousand Island dressing
Fried Flounder Basket (3)
Wonderful service and the food was delicious
Bar couldn't get the drink orders correct, waitress spilled water on my appetizer then when I got the replacement, she charged me twice for it. With all the errors, the manager did correct them
Noisy, under staffed -1 server for entire restaurant.
Staff friendly and attentive. Fried oysters were huge and delicious! The double catch in a bag was fun and so good! Going back with out of town guests.
Very nice selection of seafood and different combinations.
Food was great it satisfied my seafood fix. I had the seafood boil with 1lb of black mussels came with corn and potatoes. I also had a refreshing glass of lemonade. My waiter was pleasant. Overall I would recommend!
Server was fantastic! Very sweet. An essential to the business!
Crab cluster size poor for the price.
Skip the appetizers, I think they’re just frozen and deep fried. The main meal is delicious!
Fun environment and pretty good seafood boil. I would go back again.
Would have been nice to know that there was no liquor license, had two baskets ( a flounder and scallop) they were just ok, something you can get anywhere. Sat outside which was nice but the table adjacent was loud and rude(which i know cannot be helped by the restaurant but it totaled ruined the experience). Was really looking forward to a “tropical” dinner experience no fruity drinks and food i could have gotten at Dennys. The huge bonus was the coconut shrimp appetizer, it was delicious!
Hello Jackie! Thank you for sharing your experience. By your feedback there were several items that did not meet your expectations. The team works hard to provide the very best! I am surprised about your experience with the food as the flounder is one of my favorite meals. We now have our liquor license and are pouring tropical drinks now! For that I am sorry. I feel horrible for your experience and would love the opportunity to discuss it further with you. Thank you, Mark
Our server Alena was the best! Should we visit again,y girls and I hope to be served by her again.
Booked in the morning, not too busy at 5 pm on a saturday. Food came out quickly, appetizers were amazing and food was fresh.
Had a good time celebrating our birthday. Food was good, I had the fish sliders and my husband had lobster and crab leg.
We had a reservation for a certain time we arrived 15 minutes prior and had to wait almost 15 minutes after the reservation time. It was very congested at the entrance and very crowded in the establishment. One seat it the server was very unfriendly. I noticed other servers that were friendly. MyChildren enjoyed their seafood bags. However, our wings and chicken Po boy we’re not satisfactory. Also, they do not serve liquor. I do not think I will be going back to this establishment as it did not live up to my expectations.
Had a reservation for 6:30pm. Was running late and tried to call the restaurant to let them know but nobody answered. When we arrived at 6:40ish the host said that they were going to cancel the reservation but we explained that we tried to call but nobody answered the phone. Still had to wait for a table wasn’t seated until 7pm. Waiter was very nice and attentive. Cook got order wrong, ended up getting a boil bag for free. The lemon pepper breaded wings were the best.
Mother’s Day dinner upon arriving to Buffalo. We had a reservation and still had to wait a while. I would have provided a 5 star rating if it weren’t for that or the table directly in front of us with a bunch of stating, rude and obnoxious people. They pretty much ruined my appetite however the highlight of our service was Jalon. He was AMAZING and we hope he goes on to do wonderful things. He made sure we were tended to and was not even our sever. Bless him! He should be training others.
Had a very good time at Aloha Krab. Place was rocking on Mothers Day!!!Food and service were excellent.
The service was the worst service we have ever experienced. Overall the staff were very careless, slow and had a general attitude of not wanting to be at work. The hamburger was worse than a fast food hamburger. The cajun seafood boil was very greasy. I could go on and on. Don’t waste for time going here unless you want fried seafood and crappy service.
They do not have a liquor license….would have been great to know that in advance.
Steamed oysters were not good at all; I ordered 12 and ate three. Bummer. They were ‘mushy’. Just not a great service experience.
Be prepared to wear a jump suit when you eat here. Food comes in plastic bags…FULL of liquid. Holy mess.
The server did the best she could, but waiting for the bill after we were done eating for almost 30 minutes is excessive. The food was great and we were served very quickly initially. If this is corrected we will definitely be returning.
Went there for month’s day. We had the aloha combo with shrimps, crabs and black mussels. It was extremely tasty. The flounder basket and wings were must try as well. Service was ok. I had to track my server down. She basically disappeared once she brought the food over. Never offer to refill water. The only time she was nice and chatty was when she brought the check over. Cause she want to make sure I give her a tip. Very typical for bad service.
Very fun Mother’s Day dinner! Staff was very helpful in explaining how menu worked in terms of ordering.
Service was amazing and the food was awesome!! Still waiting for Liquor License so that was disappointing but they should have it soon.
They don’t have their liquor license yet so that was disappointing. The old bay was really salty but everything else was good. Seafood was fresh and our server Natalie tried her best.
Food was great! Definitely want to come back again.
Our waitress was amazing!!!!
We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday. Food was amazing!!! Service was wonderful.. only thing we didn’t like is the fact that the bar isn’t open just yet even though they advertise “ice cold beer” on their windows. They just opened and don’t have their liquor license just yet. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Not too expensive either. We will definitely go back.
The server was fantastic and so was the food. Next time we will try the patio.
First time at this unusual place where your entire meal is prepared and served in a bag. Overwhelmed by the seasoning to the point where it was all you could taste. No liquor license yet, expected shortly.
Our dining experience was fine. I thought it was ok, my wife loved it. It was almost identical to the chain King Crab. Really, seafood in a bag is not my thing. the bag was hard to eat around. Did not have their liquor license as of 4/4/21.
Meal was good. Waitress was quick and very attentive. Our reservation was at 9p, we were seated at 855p when we arrived and immediately were greeter by out waitress. She answered all our questions and we enjoyed our meals. We will come again if in the area.
The food was great I really enjoyed it the portion sizes were fantastic and everything was cooked perfectly very unique presentation I will definitely go there again this place just opened two or three weeks ago there was not any alcohol but they could not fix that because they’re waiting on licensing but it should be up and ready to go shortly try the place it’s fantastic
Food and everything was pretty good except they didn't have their liquor license when we were there.
Our server was great and the food was delicious. I'll be back!
The place seemed nice when we arrived. But when we sat at our booth we could barely talk as the music speaker was blaring at our table. I asked our waitress if it could be turned down, she said she'd try. Never went quiet.
I then asked a man, who I assumed was the manager, to turn it down. He said he'd try, but it was still blaring. Our waitress was ultra quiet and we could hardly hear her. This wasn't from the speaker but just her not speaking very loud at all. The bar was closed and my wife and I were surprised and disappointed. I don't think I'd come back to this restaurant again.
