   I visited twice this week, hence only one review. Both times, my friends and then my family were treated with care, respect, and patience. We weren't looking to be coddled or bothered too much, and the service was kind enough to respect that. We were approached when ready, had our orders taken, and then left to enjoy the music, ambiance, and vibe. All of which were wonderful. My father had a hard time with the noise level of the music, which I capitulate can be a bit much at times. However, the music playlist itself was lovely, just somewhat loud unexpectedly. Prices were good, taste was exquisite, care was professional, and our time there was amazing. Highly recommend.

   I could have done with quieter music but the space is so cool upstairs from the sushi bar with a speakeasy vibe. The cocktails and snacks were so good.

   this place … you dont even feel like you are in Philadelphia… a complete escape from the sights and sounds of the city and a world of creative craft cocktails. The ambiance is full of texture, moody, and perfect for a date or a intimate group. Almanac’s take on the Toyko Tea is the most balanced and POWERFUL cocktail i have had in a minute.. beautifully executed and gives a TKO punch. I also had a bartender’s choice cocktail where I offered my fav season and spirit and a beautiful floral cocktail with notes of lychee was the end result . the customer was top tier and the bar bites (which we ordered at almost 1AM) were perfect. They have a 15K machine that puts out the crispest seltzer ever.. bubbles jumping two inches from the glass! i cant wait to return to Almanac!

   Almanac is a haven of innovative cocktails and sexy vibes. I have been several times since they opened, both with friends and by myself, and I've only had great experiences. There is always something new to try with the hyper-seasonal, rotating menu. When you arrive, you're greeted by a friendly host who escorts you up to the bar. You're given a hot towel and a welcome drink to enjoy while perusing the menu. From top to bottom, the cocktails are elevated and unique. The knowledge, care, and passion that has gone into crafting every drink is clearly evident. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you have them, the staff are all very knowledgeable. The special details, such as the glassware, garnishes, ice stamp, and branded coasters are all top notch. For me, stand out cocktails include the Sadōtini and the Shunbun Sherry Cobbler. The food is delicious. Great for small bites and sharables. My favorite combo to order is the yuzu miso glazed wings and the kombu celery. But don't sleep on the wagyu hot dog. The atmosphere is dimmed lights and great playlists. You can have a conversation with your party easily. It can be hard to get a good picture with the lighting, but if you ask, the staff can provide a lamp. The cocktails are so gorgeous that you will definitely want photos. Overall, Almanac is a bar you don't want to miss. Highly recommend. 10/10.

   We had a great time there. The time window they gave us worked out well. Drinks were unique and the ambiance was relaxing. If you order a mocktail, they have a variety of options to your taste. I recommend it. Will go again!

   Almanac is a beautiful space, with patient and knowledgeable service, and a thoughtfully tailored drink menu of seasonal ingredients used in ways that highlight the maximum beauty and deliciousness of each fruit, vegetable, and spirit. A hidden treasure to be visited again and again!

   It was fine. Start to finish. Then the bill came and I realized I just spent over $200 on four cocktails, a hotdog and some cucumbers. I just can’t justify the price point for that level of food.
