You MUST try the coconut shrimp and fried artichokes, they were delicious! The tres leches cake is also a must for dessert. Can't wait to come back here, Alma's (and Alma herself!) was great.

This was the third delicious and pleasant meal at Alma. We love the food and the ambience. Everything tastes very fresh and flavorful. Alma is a warm and welcoming host and everyone is friendly and helpful. All of the dishes we ordered were excellent. We highly recommend the tuna tostada, the yummy artichokes and especially the recent fried snapper special.

This place is a gem; the food and drinks are delicious; the ambiance is superb; and the staff is accommodating and helpful. Though we had to change the number in our party a few times, I simply called them and they were very helpful in accommodating AND gave us a superb table! I highly recommend Alma Bistro and have eaten there five times since they opened.

Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and delicious. This was my fourth time dining at Alma. The food continues to be consistently good, the menu changes to add exciting new specials and seasonal items and the service is fantastic.

If your reading this then absolutely go here! Was looking for a place near the Wall Street Theater for dinner before a show and this place far exceeded my expectations. Staff was very attentive and courteous and food was made fast and delicious! We went the tapas route and ordered multiple small plates and each one was enough to split four ways and was flavorful and fresh. Would definitely dine here again when in the area!!

Fabulous meal at Alma Bistro - tapas are excellent, drinks (Pisco Sour and Caiparinha) were excellent, and service was friendly and responsive. The place was packed even though it was a wednesday night so the bar was a little slow, but it all worked out fine. There was live music also - a nine string guitar which I did not know existed - and the song choices were eclectic and fun, the music was a great addition without being overpowering like live music up close can sometimes be.

We have now been to Alma twice. Wonderful experience. Friendly servers, fun atmosphere and really delicious food. Especially love the tuna tostada, the super fresh guacamole, and the artichoke. Tapas style small plates and excellent cocktails makes for a convivial meal.

It was our first time dining at Alma Bistro and we all loved it! They accommodated our party of 6 warmly and attended to our every need. The food was delicious. The location is perfect for dinner before seeing a show at Wall Street Theater. A new favorite!

This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant and I am impressed with the friendly service and the good food. One of my visits was on a Saturday night and they definitely need more help but for lunch during the week, it has been just great. The food is all creative and small batch. They squeeze fresh fruit for the drinks and have imaginative drinks also. The tuna tartare is so good.. really above and beyond what I have had in numerous times in the past elsewhere. The fried artichokes were so good also and the empanadas were excellent. Churros are usually doughy and kind of blah but I did enjoy the ones here made with chocolate and dulce de leche to dip into. Lovely spot.

An amazing restuarant! Everything was perfect- food, Staff, ambiance and noise level. FYI- Tip is included in a bill even for tables of 2. I’ve never seen that before for parties under 5.

This is a pretty new spot on Wall Street. It looks bright and lean. We ordered a number of small plates,all very good . The calamari was fresh. The shrimps with chorizo had a great sauce,wish they had bread to mop that up. The butternut squash salad with kale and quinoa With orange sections was also excellent My only disappointment was the coconut flan since neither my husband or I could taste the coconut. Drinks were excellent to and the bartender was squeezing fresh limes for the drinks- impressive. We will be back

Recently moved to CT from NYC and there are a ton of Mexican spots in close proximity. Parking is in the back and ample to sample, just park accordingly. The ambiance is nice. Please make a reservation or you will be waiting 30+ minutes or May not even be able to be seated at a table unless you don’t mind the bar which is its own vibe. Thank you to the front of the house lady who quickly realized the couple in front of us was rude and asked to sit us at the bar instead of next to them. We actually had a bette time as we got to connect with the bartender. The food is amazing! Loved everything we ordered. I are just about everything. It was that good. Get the fish tacos. The empanadas, the lamb, the coconut shrimp, the guacamole and chips. Get it all. Soooo good!!! Muy delicioso. It’s a chill vibe for a date night with your partner, friends, homies, coworkers. We will be trying brunch next hopefully for a birthday! Hospitality off the chains!! Thank you! ;)
