This place is a hidden gem. The overall ambience is fabulous, I recommend sitting outside and having the octopus.
The food is awesome but the meal size is pretty small
A great, creative take on Italian food. Everything we tried was wonderful! The outside side was cozy & intimate.
Food was excellent!
Wife coming miami
Very cosy in the middle of the city 😉
Great service and delicious food
Great service (ask for Marco) and amazing food quality. Definitely going back
Alloy Bistro had a great selection of fresh, modern Italian seafood centered dishes along with delicious daily specials. They also have vegan and vegetarian options. Sadly, they do not have an open bar but great wine.
Amazing food and service, will definitely come back!
Food was good, but portions too small and pricey
Yet, the surroundings don’t represent the nice oasis it is.
The food and service were great. The location, not so much. We had dinner with another couple. All our dishes were fantastic: ravioli carciofo (i.e., artichoke), gnocchi octopus, truffle risotto and the stone crab ravioli. Good wine list. Pineapple dessert very creative; chocolate dessert was to kill for. However, the location is somewhat underwhelming, in eerily deserted downtown Miami. Probably best for lunch.
One of my favorite of all times is Alloy Bistro, in the middle of downtown Miami in a courtyard that will make you feel like you are not in the middle of the city, it feels like you are somewhere in a small village in the Mediterranean, really gorgeous.
And how about the food, it is always amazing, this was actually during the Miami Spice months but, we have been dining there many times before that so, you can always trust that they have amazing dishes on the menu and Antonella, our server, she was great and she can help you with the choices of the food which is superb, love it @alloybistromiami

Love, love, love this place. True hidden gem in Miami. Everything on the menu I've had is top notch. The duck prosciutto is out of this world.
A little pricy for the area, they also need more waitress since there is only one person doing everything for all tables but the OYSTERS WERE AMAZING!!!!!
Was only presented with the regular menu not the Miami Spice menu, had to ask for it. Was told that the only dessert they had to offer was cappuccino foam as the dessert, which wasn’t even on the menu. When another server accidentally brought us the dessert menu we saw that there were three options on their regular menu. Later the waitress said that the chef could give us one of those options as our dessert. 🙄 When they brought it out it was tiny. I can’t imagine anyone spending $16 for something that was a size of a Twix bar. Felt as though they were trying to cut corners even though our bill for two adults and two children was $250 for dinner. Better choices during Miami Spice.
First time there. We loved it. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. I recommend this to everyone.
It's a tiny little alley in Downtown Miami that makes you feel like you're somewhere in the Mediterranean
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Alloy. The food was delicious and the service outstanding.
It is not what the photos and web page describe. The area is not very nice.
Food, service, and ambiance works well at this place.
Loses a star due to:
Tough to find.
Fine dining at its most exploitive. Every course and side is paid separately and at premium prices.
The food is unbelievable and the service top notch!
Everything was delicious, especially the starters and delicatessen
Alloy is so consistently good. It has been since they first opened their doors. Luna and her team make everyone feel so welcomed. The food is modern, but not overly complicated. The entrees are well executed and always hit the mark. The pasta dishes are among the best in the city. The wine list is well curated and pairs excellently with the food.
Have been there a bunch, the place is great
Slow service with over salted fish and over cooked duck. Chocolate dessert was highlight but gave no care to special occasion. Worth going once to be disappointed but would not return.
Absolutely delicious and incredible service- highly recommend!
Always great to dine at Alloy
Absolutely recommend everything on their menu
Marco was phenomenal. Entire dining experience memorable for a quick overnight in Miami. The cauliflower appetizer and filet was simply amazing!
Lovely outdoor courtyard area. Fantastic food. Great service.
Really happy to come back for lunch, missed their superb food execution and presentation!
This was our first dinner out at a restaurant since quarantine began so we were a bit apprehensive, in addition, while we were walking to the restaurant, we almost ran right into the protesters that were walking through downtown...It was a little scary, but when we got to the restaurant, we were able to relax since it's hidden away. We decided on Alloy because we liked the Miami Spice menu and it did not disappoint. Food and ambiance were great and the best thing was that we were able to bring our dog with us! If I could change one thing about our dinner, it would be to have larger portions because everything was so tasty!!!
Everything was prepared fresh and you could taste it in each dish. Our server was phenomenal and had amazing suggestions from the menu. The decor is beautifully understated and, overall, it was perfect!
I visit Miami once a month for a few days. We are always looking for decent Italian food. We have tried many Italian restaurants. None of them holds a candle to Bisro Alloy which serves fresh, authentic, creative Italian food. This is no red gravy Italo-American stuff. It is not fine dining in the formal sense, but I give it 5 stars because by comparison with all the many other places we have tried , they deserve this accolade. I intend to go back again.
It was a little hard to find but worth the trip. The only problem we had were the portions. But everything else was fabulous. We felt like we were in France or Italy at a small cafe. Maybe that’s why the small portions?
I recently stayed for three days in downtown Miami and I wasn’t on a budget so I had options. This little gem was my favorite restaurant and a great value. It was like dining in Madrid with a meal made by a incredible Italian chef. The family that owns this place treats you like family. It is a bit difficult to find but it is certainly worth the effort.
This is a tiny gem of a true Italian restaurant. This was my third time there and I expect to be a regular. The food is good, fresh, inventive and delicious. Their wine list is not big, but it is interesting. In Miami it is so hard to find decent Italian food (not Italian American red gravy, which is fine but not this place.)
The ambiance here is amazing but I found the service to be lacking. Server was not very helpful with menu choices and we felt rushed to order. It took some time to receive the bill. The food (and service)at Fratelli Milano was much better.
Excellent food and service! The owner has over flowing energy and making us feel soooo welcome and uplifting. Love this place, defiantly come back.
Service was incredible. Food was a strong 4/5. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful experience tonight. The food was fabulous-we had the roasted cauliflower appetizer, the gnocchi seafood dish and the pasta with wagu beef-all excellent. The pasta is made fresh. For dessert we had the chocolate dessert and the grilled pineapple. Everything was expertly prepared and the menu is innovative.
As for the ambiance we dined outside in a lovely courtyard. The cushioned seats and fresh orchids were appreciated-a cut above other restaurants in the area.
Service was excellent also.
