Lovely restaurant. Beautiful setting , delicious food. The pastas were creative and so tasty .Meatballs were scrumptious, the salads were large and very fresh , grilled fish so tasty and cannolis were very good as was the chocolate torte. The service was wonderful. LaToya our waitress on two nights was just fantastic!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our dinner and time there. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bar area and dining rooms are very comfortable and attractive. I just wish that the lights were dimmed to a reasonable level for dinner hour, as it was as bright as Macy's at Christmas. All lighting throughout the public areas were VERY bright. And oddly, the music was very LOW allowing the conversations of guests to be heard tables away and more obtrusive was the easily heard sounds from the bartender doing his/her job with the echoes of glasses, metal mixing glasses, all due to little to no ambient sounds of music to dull the "work noise" within a room filled with marble, glass and related hard surfaces. There are little to no textiles or fabrics to soften the noise in the room which only gets amplified if the music is so low as to not have any mitigating effect.

Tried for the first time. Place has maybe 10 people in there. Ordered spring rolls waited for 30 minutes and they didn’t come out. 10 minutes later our food came out. The beef bugogli was so spicy I couldn’t eat it after 2 bites. Noodles were bland and had raw veggies. Very limited food menu. Waitress brought out spring rolls and an extra coke to go. Wasn’t her fault. Not sure this concept is right… would not go back.

You know how sometimes it feels like the restaurant staff can’t wait to get you to leave? This place is the opposite. We had a delightful meal, at a nice relaxed pace, with attentive and kind staff. Wendolyn, in particular, was terrific. The food was great and the view? Spectacular. Highly recommend.

More than the food, our server Latoya made it the most memorable dining experience. From providing my wife with a throw blanket to keep her warm, the incredibly positive attitude, and her knowledge of the menu. The restaurant and the food were great, but the service was next level!!! It was amazing to spend our one year anniversary here :)

One of the most beautiful properties I ever been to it is a shame that the even open this Resturant , food had Carbonara it had a raw egg on top was almost not edible , order another cocktail that was 20.00 and she never returned with it ? Waitress acted like she was doing us a favor to eat there it was bad ! The resort and people are awesome but this. Place is definitely not puttin on the ritz

Everything was wonderful appetizers to the drinks to the main course to the desserts and our server was fabulous as well. That’s perfect very nice have to take it off take it off ever if you don’t want to I would Martin the water like tomorrow with what the hell you said tomorrow you can go in the water

- Worst Gnocchi I have ever had in my life, not even sure it qualified to be called Gnocchi. - Due to what I assume was lack of staff the service was poor - Took approx 1.5 hrs to get our appetizer, this is not even a joke I left disappointed and unimpressed. Go elsewhere.

The food was good. However the entire evening was excruciating to sit through because the service was so incredibly slow. I have no problem with waiting when things are busy, but, that didn’t seem to be the case. It’s a bit ridiculous when it takes 20 minutes for someone to take drink orders and another 15 before they came. Food service was equally as slow. We won’t go back.

Our favorite dinner at the ritz in St. Thomas! We visited for our honeymoon dinner and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We enjoyed having Italian food since it reminds us of home. Our server also provided a complimentary dessert for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. We will be visiting again!

Unfortunately, we got rained on. We waited for a month for the reservation. And they couldn’t seat us at a regular table. Overall the waitress and the food was delicious but won’t be coming back again. It’s our second time and this was our last try!

Service is unexceptional at best. It is either way too slow or like last night they brought the entrees while we we’re still working on the appetizers. I would note that the servers are very nice though. The pizza was very good, pastas were good but the half roasted chicken was extremely dry and it also looked like it was a baby chicken. Definitely not worth the money.
