   Allora is place for celebrations and conversation, while enjoying an exceptional and perfect meal. After enjoying a wonderful Allora Martini, Cherry Tonic and Boulevardier, courses started with with the Oysters and Carne Cruda. Oysters were plump and sweet. Carne was mixed by the server tableside and was served with thin toasted bread - perfection. Second courses were the popular and delicious Polpo and Nettle Sformato, a new offering that was the "freshest" of the options, with bites of asparagus and a great mint pesto. Then we had Fettuccine with prawn and lobster - so rich. And Tamarin, using a beautiful squid ink pasta. Both of these handmade pastas are not to be missed. The main course for all of us was Agnello, perfectly cooked lamb with black currant and gorgonzola. These flavor pairings were outstanding. Finally, dessert was Brownie Affogato, always enjoyable, and a new offering, Nocciola e Cioccolato - a dense, wonderful cube of chocolate with a little gold on top. We brought our own wines and suggestions were made regarding course matching, and they were expertly handled and poured with perfect timing throughout the meal. I can't wait to go back again and experience their ever changing menu and superb service!

   The food and service were excellent. The sommelier gave us an excellent recommendation from the wine list. A big detracting factor was people coming the restaurant in flip flops, t-shirts and cut off jeans. For a restaurant that nice, there needs to be a dress code of least business casual. I spent $650 on the meal and half the people in the room looked like they were at a Denny’s. If they want to recognized as fine restaurant and perhaps Michelin star potential status the dress code has to be beefed up. The food and service are already there.

   Excellent vibe, spectacular cuisine and absolutely amazing service. The owner’s knowledge of wine varietals and food paring was truly impressive, helps that she is going to be a Master Somalia! The seafood and lamb dishes were fantastic. But the Polpo’s Octopus was out of this world. So thrilled to spend my five year anniversary at Allora’s.

   Food was great and our waiter Zak was especially phenomenal. We appreciated all his suggestions as they were excellent. Portion sizes were generous and the five course meal was a great value.

    The food was outstanding. The service was excellent. Don’t be afraid to sit outside because they have heaters so you’re very comfortable on the patio. Overall 10/10

    Allora is such a great place to dine in the Sacramento area. From the ambience to the quality of food; everything was amazing. I went here for my birthday and enjoyed it with two friends on a Saturday night. We definitely made reservations for it, as I am not sure if they do walk ins. We each did our own 3 course meals, which was perfeccct for us. We also ordered their cocktails, which were yummy. I’m definitely coming back when I’m in town. Thank you for a great experience Allora & team.

    Always a perfect experience. Service is top notch, great pace and amazing attention to detail. Every plate is gorgeous and every bite is perfectly balanced. Cocktails are a must have. One of our favorites in Sacramento.

    Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Staff accommodated when we were running late due to traffic. Our server took the time to explain menu items and make recommendations and congratulated the special occasion several times. We were given some extra items off the menu like a starter and a palate cleanser. Overall great experience and would come again to try the other menu items that sounded great.

    About our 4th or 5th time here. This is definitely a fine dining establishment with prices to match. Even though we went on a special 2 for 1 night, the bill was a tad over $200. For the first time we questioned whether the experience was worth the expense. The server, Amber, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, pleasant, and on point with recommendations. The food was good but not great. We will definitely go again but just a little wary about what the future will be.

    I had a wonderful dining experience at Allora, a modern Italian seafood restaurant in East Sacramento. The food was outstanding, delicious, and decadent. I chose the 5-course menu, which included Agnello. The dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the oysters and bucatini. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The ambiance was soothing, elegant, and cozy. The wine list was impressive and matched well with the food. Allora is a lovely restaurant I highly recommend to anyone looking for a special occasion or a treat.

    Our meal at Allora was one of the best meals we've ever eaten - on par with The French Laundry. Every dish was stellar. I particularly enjoyed the polpo and the Tajarin. The lamb was also excellent. We enjoyed the wine pairings and especially appreciated being able to order 1/2 glasses of wine. The pre-dinner cocktail I ordered was also excellent: the Business Casual with passion fruit foam. The entire experience was excellent. Hope to go again, but a bit pricey.

    Food was decent, the wine pairing and the knowledge of the Sommelier was great. Outdoor seating was cheap though... when you're paying this much you expect high quality tables and chairs.
