   A real find. Hidden away upstairs in the main square in Salisbury. Exceptional food, beautifully presented.

   Amazing food, be brave and try the muscle patè with pickled onions which was lovely. The guinea fowl was really nice and juicy.

   Food was enjoyable but lacked seasoning and no salt and pepper on the table. Starters were out within a few minutes of ordering so felt a tad rushed. Portions size good but probably should have ordered side vegetables. Courgette gnocchi was ok but I thought the courgette was going to be stuffing, not chuncks of courgette and plain gnocchi.. However, it was pleasant. Service was great!!

   We were staying in Salisbury for a few days and had a wonderful meal at Allium on Friday evening. Food perfect and service excellent. Shame we don't live nearer as would make this restaurant a regular venue. If you live in Salisbury and love good food then you should be frequenting this fantastic restaurant

   For top quality, fine dining in Salisbury there really is nothing to match Allium. With a small, personalised feel the beautiful, hand crafted dishes of perfect portions and exceptional quality are presented in good time and the very well thought out menu has something for everyone, as does the wine list. I couldn’t fault a thing. The final surprise was the good value as at the end of such a pleasurable, perfect experience I would expect it to cost more than it did.

   Great service and excellent food. We will definitely be back to sample the dessert, had to dash for the theatre!

    Absolutely delicious meal. Beetroot starter; lamb rump main; English cheeseboard. Glorious. Very attentive service. Highly recommended
