As always. Our favorite place when in Carbondale. Love the owner and his family. Attention to details and menu is wonderful. Never disappoints us
Love this place. Great food
Great experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
Everything is right with this place! We have never had a bad meal or bad experience. Its on our list during every visit!
One of the top restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley - from Aspen to Glenwood Springs.
Exquisite cuisine with the finest ingredients. Professional and courteous wait staff. Outside deck is the summer's perfect spot to chill
Not very impressed, especially for the price. I’d say, go, but beware the mundaneness.
The food was, as usual, excellent. The service was great. Andreas is a true master chef and we are so grateful to know him and get to dine at his restaurant.
Great food excellent service. And you don’t have to drive to Aspen for a high end meal!
Asked for a different table as ours was directly in front of the open door so it was covered in dust and dirt when we sat down. We gave up when we saw management/staff shaking their heads at our request. Completely respect social distancing efforts, however there were booths available to which they sat other people who arrived after us. Our waiter was friendly, however he delivered the wrong dish to me and when I let him know my order was incorrect he did apologize but insisted he understood my order correctly and that he presented the correct dish. He then said he would see about a free dessert or something for us. We did order dessert and were charged. Not a big deal however he shouldn't have mentioned it if it wasn't going to happen. We typically have good food and excellent service here, so hoping this is a fluke.
Food is always delicious. Andreas the Owner is very visible and always comes by our table. Social Distancing is in place as well. Outdoor dining is a big plus.
Lovely dinner out in the charming street patio. Ordered lots of apps and a salad and entree to share among girlfriends. Kitchen did great with sending out dishes in a smart, well timed order. Waiter was a bit scatter brained and seemingly overwhelmed but he was nice. Visit from the chef to our table was great touch.
Allegria is one of the best restaurants in the valley. from food to ambiance- the best of the best
Time for Allegria to implement more space between seated guests . It was packed Friday and every table discussing coronavirus
It would be a much more enjoyable experience with more space now
Loved it otherwise, will come back
Authentic Italian dishes in a comfortable, eclectic space manned by an attentive and well-informed staff. Great wine list. From the antipasto thru dessert, every dish was excellent.
Excellent interesting food! Good service.
The best steak we have ever had, highly recommend!
Absolutely the best dining experience we’ve had in the Valley in a very long time. The food was excellent, with an amazing variety to choose from. The service was as impeccable as the food. We will be back, many, many times! Thank you!
This was our 3rd visit and plan to return again. Introduced our family and friends to Allegria and they all agree. Delicious and a pleasure to visit!
We loved this place!
A fun and delicious place. We were there early for a birthday so was pretty quiet. Sat in front of fireplace which got a little warm— maybe not best choice after all. Food was amazing and we will return for Tapas Tuesday when they are discounted at the bar and community table.
Lovely ambiance and delicious food. I will be dreaming of that Butternut Squash Ravioli until i can have it again!!
I eat there one or two times a month, the head chef and owner were on vacation. I eat the Osso Buco everytime But this time it ut went back ·But while it is true that, like most braises, it requires slow, gentle cooking to become tender, it is also quite forgiving.not this time Way overcooke the meat very dry sent back for crab cakes, sadly the crab was not the main attraction but the spice, couldn’t even taste the crab. Will only eat here when the owner/head chef is is working. Never had a bad meal when he’s there.
Literally the worst food I’ve ever had in Carbondale. Or ever. Severely bland. And overpriced. A total disappointment.
Food is excellent with nice creative presentation. Value prices on wine.
Allegria has been our favorite restaurant in the valley for years. We love it! Great menu, superb food, and excellent service!
This is an outstanding restaurant in every respect. The owner’s attention to detail is top shelf. We have dined here many times when visiting from Denver. The food, the service, the decor, everything about this restaurant is the best. To top it off, the owner makes a point to visit with the patrons and make sure they are enjoying their meal. As good as you will get anywhere in the valley, or Denver for that matter.
"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes.
This place is amazing!!! The food, the flavors, the service and the atmosphere is wonderful.
My wife and I had a fantastic dinner here. The Bison Short Ribs were outstanding. The sauce it came in was out of this world. My wife is not a big beef eater but she flipped over the taste of this dish. Our waiter Stan was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend you dine here!!!!!
Delicious! Knowledgable, courteous and friendly staff. Nice wine and cocktail choices selections available. We had the Elk Ragout, Veal Piccata, and Spaghetti Carbonara. All arrived at the same time, all was hot, and all was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend Allegria!
Amazing food and service, we will come back soon !
Nice place. Food was pretty good. Enjoyed the decorating and the quaintness of the restaurant.
Lovely, attentive staff. No problem handling my larger group (1 guests). Very nice food. Will definitely return.
This place is the real deal. Authentic, friendly, and delicious food. Andreas prepares home cooked meals himself and then comes out on the floor to greet his guests and old / new friends. The staff is happy, professional, and responsive. A real fav 👍🏻
I always love Allegria. This night I was needing a light pasta dish after being ill earlier in the week with a stomach issue. They made the most wonderful fresh light white wine sauce with angel hair noodles, fresh veggies and shrimp just for me. Was outstanding. Should be on their menu from now on! Thanks again for taking the time to do this for me. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊Deb Gurley
Great food, atmosphere and service. Our favorite Carbondale restaurant
Small venue with great food. Very loud so anyone with a hearing aid be forewarned. Also very busy which is a sign of the food quality. We had reservations (party of 2) for my husbands birthday. Due to the packed house it did take awhile to be greeted and secure a beverage but the food was worth the wait. Disappointed
that his bday was not acknowledged but perhaps they didn't read our special request when I booked. We ordered the puff pastry dessert which was excellent. Will definitely return.
Excellent restaurant with great food, interesting menu, and wonderful service.
We dine at Allegria every time we're in Carbondale. Consistently delicious!
Always a treat to dine at Allegria. Steak tender as can be. Veal with Lingonberry the best !
