Took a road trip to Foxburg for our anniversary and really enjoyed our time and meal at Allegheny Grille.

This is by far our favorite place to dine. The food, service and view are above reproach. The drive is about one hour and 15 minutes from our home, but is well worth the drive. We frequent Foxburg as often as possible. We've frequent the winery often and have stayed at the B & B a couple of times. Looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and had no problem with the service. However we were not impressed with the food quality.

The presentation was not inviting and the food was below average.

Suggest a new chef or improvements to the menu.

Unfortunately the one person in our party who ordered chicken found it to be tough and rubbery as if it had been microwaved. The sauce was good but the chicken inedible. Server Elisabeth was great! We loved her!

a beautiful setting but unfortunately quality has deteriorated over past two years. The food is now just standard prepared dishes, nothing looks fresh or individually cooked, quality isn't any better than just the local diner or family restaurant fare, but the pricing is still that of a quality restaurant. The beautiful setting is all that is left of what used to be a good dining experience.

The inside of the grille was beautiful. When we walked in, I expected a quiet relaxing atmosphere, but then we were seated in the dining room, packed in like sardines. The ambience was not relaxing nor set for a romantic date. We could hear The conversations of every table around us. The waitress was short and direct, no smiles, not personable. The meal was mediocre. Fresh vegetables were definitely frozen. Dessert, coconut cream pie & cheesecake, tasted freezer burnt. Spent $80 for over priced amped up bar food. Disappointed in the meal. There is great potential for this place.

The service was terrible. It took forever for a server to even come get our drink order. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks and the place was not that bust. Such a disappointment. We have given the grill many chances and it seems to never change.

Was very pleased with everything overall except the Prime Rib, it just didn’t seem to be cooked right. I know it’s not an easy food to get just right, so I can’t complain too much. Other than that, the service and all of the other food was wonderful! Perfect Valentine’s Day with my husband!

I made reservations for V-Day dinner. We were seated right away. Jason was our server. He was friendly. He explained their menu & drink options. Checked on us, frequently. Our dinner was delicious. My husband’s steak was prepared to his wellness. My chicken was cooked perfect.
We ordered desserts. I had coconut cream pie. It was so soft & smooth.
We look forward to dining there soon.

Not nearly as good as we hoped. The view is gorgeous however the service and food was just adequate.

Our waiter Jason was even better than the fantastic food and environment. My date is a major picky eater! Jason spoke with the manager to see that the meal (not even on the menu) was exactly as requested and returned to the table for refills, the second the empty glasses left our hands but was nowhere to be found if he wasn't needed... strangely great experience.

We were there for Anniversary and everything was great. We had requested a window table and that was where we got seated. Very nice view of the river. Stayed next door so was very convenient.

The meal we had was excellent, Eggplant parmesan, grilled chicken covered with ham and a cheese sauce with awesome creamy real mashed potatoes and vegetable. I had a hot bacon dressing for my salad and it was unique and delicious. The muscles appetizer is enough to share or be a meal with an added salad. The menu has changed and it was definitely difficult to decide what to eat. Good beer and wine list. Will be back soon and again when we can eat outside on the deck. Great destination place for a day trip to eat and enjoy the area and scenery.

We were very pleased with the visit we love the restaurant except this time visiting the only complaint was the restaurant was not busy at all open tables everywhere but for some reason the table right beside us there were people placed to sit there on top of us practically we could not even here ourselves all were heard was there conv. The whole time loud they leave we are having dessert the same table was not cleaned off n new people were seated right there again . Did not enjoy that at all no personal space

Lunch menu was uninspiring Rueben sandwich was not good but homemade mac and cheese was good. Just a pretty view and a nice drive to get there

Had a enjoyable experience on New Years eve, reservations were easily made through the Open Table app. Table was ready when we arrived, hostess was very pleasant. Table service was really good for the number of customers being served. Food was good, and pricing was affordable. We will be back soon.

Food was very good and the décor and ambience add to the meal's enjoyment. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was good, food was just so-so. Chicken Marsala was my dish. The marsala sauce was pretty good, but the chicken was overcooked and tasted as if it may have been reheated.

Was there for Thanksgiving buffet. No dark meat, slices were small.

This was our first visit and would highly recommend this to friends and will definitely be back. Quaint little area and nice scenery. The food was excellent and our waitress was fantastic!!

What a find!!
We are from DuBois and were looking for a scenic place to entertain relatives from California;we just lucked on Alleheny Grille.
We were all delighted by the great view, wide menu, outstanding service, amazing food and such a varied dessert selection.
The moderate cost was a bonus!!
We have already told several friends and we will definitely be back!
