We had an amazing Valentine’s dinner! The filet of beef was the best we’ve ever tasted. The wine was perfect and all the food was amazing. Great service, great experience! Thank you All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar!
Decor was nice, quiet enough to carry on a small-group conversation and be easily heard. Food was very good and server was exceptionally friendly and attentive.
Expected a lot more when i made the reservation. The fix menu for christmas was quite regular and i didn’t expect a fixe menu
We had the fixed-price Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. We ate early, so at the beginning, the restaurant was very quiet, but got a little busier as the early evening progressed. The food and service were excellent. The prices were reasonable, considering that restaurant is part of an upscale hotel. We'd certainly go back for dinner in the future.
Tasty lunch salad; good venue for business lunch; not too noisy
Non- traditional thanksgiving dinner.
We came for thanksgiving dinner and it was a wonderful experience- five star service all the way. I got the thanksgiving dinner plate - it was huge and yummy, with a little bit of everything (white meat, dark meat, mashed sweet potato’s, regular mashed potatoes, greenbeans, along with a spring salad, a peace of pie and lastly a starter of smoked salmon over some sort of cheese and on a baguette).
That said - the staff was friendly, and the service was timely, definitely could tell the management in this place is on point!
Thank you for a wonderful thanksgiving, well be back soon!
Perfect Thanksgiving dinner. Nice unexpected trays like champagne and a takeaway goody bag
Great sablefish with various preparations of Jerusalem aftichoke!
Great find and delicious food. We went around 2 so missed the lunch crowd. Food is very fresh, service is great, clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend.
This is a beautiful restaurant and very nice menu, but service was horrible. Service was not at the level of professionalism you would expect at a restaurant like this. We were there for 1.5 hours and had only had our appetizers. (The appetizers were great except they brought out the wrong oysters.) Please note there were 4 of us and the restaurant was 1/3 full. I flagged the server and let him know we had to leave in 15 minutes for the Symphony. This flustered him and he told us that our meals were being assembled and were about to come out but the chef had made a mistake with my entree (put butter on my fish when I requested no butter due to dairy allergy). He said it would take about 10 minutes to prepare a new one. I told him to just bring out whatever was going to be the sides because we could not wait. Our meals came out and I was pleasantly surprised that my fish came out. However, I soon realized that 1/2 was inedible due to being undercooked. The manager handled this situation somewhat well in that he comp’d our appetizers and drinks due to the slowness of service and then comp’d my entree. However, he repeatedly said that the restaurant didn’t realize that we had to get out by a certain time due to the Symphony— as if this was an excuse for taking 1.5 hours to get entrees. The food is great, but the experience overall was definitely not worth the price.
Was bummed about this experience and actually did not even get to eat. Made a reservation during the advertised Seattle Restaurant Week times and selected this restaurant over about 8 other options we narrowed down for the night. Once we arrived for the reservation, we were told that due to the Seahawks game ending at a similar time (5pm) they were not going to offer the restaurant week menu until later in the evening (obviously so they could get people to buy regular menu items and make more $). It would have been nice for that to have been noted on their site as they did with other restrictions to the menu offering before we made the reservation. It was noted all over Seattle Times and marketed as being available at that time.
They were very accommodating to special dietary needs.
My husband & I sat at the bar and had the good fortune to be taken care of by James, who is simply brilliant!! James is a true gentleman,…very engaging, knowledgeable and he makes spectacular drinks!! My husband is a fan of the gin gimlet, and James made one of the best he's ever had. The food was also exceptional--I had the special after James told me about it (grouper special) and it was absolutely delicious!
We had an utterly enjoyable experience ... it was the first time my husband & I were in Seattle together, and All Water helped create a fabulous "Seattle memory" for us. Should we ever return, we will most assuredly return!
Good food - good service. Great portion sizes.
The food is exceptional - and you will pay an exceptional price for it. For two people, we spent $150. It was a fun experience, and I would recommend for a special occasion. Our servers were engaged and attentive, but they initially gave us the wrong information about a discount offer I had brought in, and my partner and I were bummed/ felt misled. Ambiance is nice - this restaurant is not as noisy as other comparable restaurants, which is a plus, but the TV was really distracting, and we felt it took away from the experience significantly. I am happy with the value of the experience overall, but it's not a bargain.
We ate dinner one night and breakfast the next day. Lots of hard surfaces made for a noisy experience at dinner and Sunday breakfast only a little less. Hubby had the fresh oysters which he described as excellent, on par with the best he has ever had. The bouillabaisse was good but the fresh seafood in it was lacking in variety, probably due to the season. Breakfast of eggs, meat, toast was above average & the potatoes where very tasty! This is a hotel restaurant but the prices were reasonable, service just right, and food very good in downtown Seattle.
Service was excellent. Ambiance was great. Food, however, very disappointing. My wife’s scallops were lukewarm at best which the waiter offered to heat up. My wild salmon was also timidly warm but I was so hungry that I dug in. The carrots, which I substituted for the squash, were “charred” to help bring out the flavor. Only two of the carrots were edible. And quite frankly the entire meal was overpriced. Scant offering overall. Pretty disappointing experience for our wedding anniversary dinner. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a good, quality, well-prepared and well-served meal if visiting Seattle like we were. A real bummer.
Enjoy late night window dining after SAM or eben better actually when in room service at the Loews 1000!!
This was my first time at All Water. The food was good, and the staff was friendly, but we did wait quite a long time for our food and the service was a bit slow.
It’s ok. Sometimes a bit slow and they always, always forget my soup!!!
Was craving oysters, found them! Start lunch with wonderful bottle of champagne. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the oyster selection. We tried all six kinds. Also tried the crab frittata topped with arugula. Free valet parking for three hours.
Always a great pre-game spot! Valet parking is awesome.
Food was fantastic. It’s a bit loud when the restaurant is full which made it difficult to talk at times but we still enjoyed our experience.
Had the fish and chips... fish was terrible
The service and the food were sub par given the price and location. The restaurant is located by the lobby of the Loews hotel; for that I have high expectations. Perhaps we have a different interpretation of how food should be prepared. I had the hanger steak which was salty and tough. Unlike any hanger steak I've had from other locations. My son had a burger which was burnt. I would be ok if it was seared, but the burger was overly crispy... almost difficult to bite. Then there was the matter of the service. We were one of the a few customers in the restaurant, maybe three in total. I think our waiter ended his shift and left. We ended up waiting almost 45 minutes before we were able to hail someone down to get our bill.
The handcrafted cocktails, however, were pretty good.
生カキが美味しかった!
The chowder is good, but the service is S L O W. Way understaffed
Excellent food, service and ambience. We really enjoyed this relatively new restaurant in the Loews Hotel. Beautiful decor, attentive and friendly service and very good comments by all in our party. We are looking forward to trying out Happy Hour next time!
Food was good. Great for quick business meal.
The space is lovely but the service was inconsistent. Some of the option we're delicious and some rather plain
Excellent seafood in a casual, fun environment! Bread pudding is fantastic!!
We really enjoyed the patio area. Oysters were really fresh. Great place to go before or after going to SAM
Food was excellent . Service was excellent.
Not a fan of the EXTRA Sur Charge of 4% (minimum wage sur charge) on top taxes and tip.
I had been to All Water the week before and the food was surprisingly good and service was much better than it had been when it was Bocca. Because of this, I went back. On this trip, they gave our ressie to another group, quickly found a table for us, but it took an hour to get our lunch. I ordered the same thing I had the week before (crab/shrimp salad), but it was very average and not worth the price or wait. I checked on the food a couple of times, but they didn't seem to care. They brought 5 dishes and the 6th person had to wait because they need to boil an egg. They never acknowledged the delay or apologize. Since we were a group of 6, they automatically included the tip in our bill. It didn't appear like they cared about their customers. They may have had an off day, but a simple apology or comp of something on the bill would have been appreciated. Big thumbs down! Unlikely I will be back.
Food arrived slow- I think the server might have forgot to put in our order or got it wrong cause it took a long time. The manager took care of us though- so did the bartender. Made up for the slow service. More importantly, the food was great. Halibut was excellent- one of the best pieces I have ever had. Order it! Chowder fries and oysters were also excellent.
The food was slow but the service was great
The ambiance was nice. The staff was insanely attentive! We had the scallops, clams and steak, all good. What a great evening!
Great place to meet up for lunch with friends, colleagues. Food is delicious! Service is attentive but not overbearing; waitstaff, servers, all were great. I recommend this place!
Very Slow to get food on a Saturday night. Some menu items very bland. Breakfast on Sunday much better and better service.
