   After receiveing our booking confrimation we travelled to the restaurant to enjoy a Friday eveing meal with our boat guest. To our amazement the place was closed, no notice to say whay and no pohne call answered. Needless to say we won't be trying there again.

   For us this was perfect however for some reason (perhaps because the restaurant is just about to be closed for refurbishment) we were the only couple eating at the time that we had booked. Another couple arrived later but it meant that we received undivided attention which was wonderful for us! The food was excellent with a wide choice, all cooked to perfection and with good sized portions. We were even tempted into the dessert menu - a place that we seldom go and we weren't disappointed. The bill with wine was very reasonable. We would gladly visit again!

   The restaurant was clean and tidy. It was completely empty at 7.30 on a Friday night. They didn't have the lamb dish I wanted, said they had run out. I had steak which was massive but a bit plain. My husband really liked his duck dish. There was only 1 waiter and he was very serious. I wouldn't go back.

   We had Sunday lunch at Cardinal Wolsey, a restaurant that is located within very easy walking distance from Hampton Court Palace. The food was magnificent - fresh ingredients, prime quality meat, beautifully presented, interesting combinations, generous portions, great menu choices, surprisingly reasonable prices - I can really go on and on! The service was perfect too - we felt like VIP guests from start to finish. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - even my French foodie friend was won over. The Sunday lunch (Beef) is without doubt the best in and around this part of London. I can't wait for my next visit!

   We looked for a nice place to have dinner near Hampton Court. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at All Seasons. One of us had Pork Loin; the other had Duck Confit. Both were prepared nicely, served hot, with great flavours and generous portion. No need to have a starter. Bread was served with some sort of seafood spread that was a bit strong for our taste. But we did have some good butter instead to go with the bread. We were there at 18:00 when they opened, and were the only ones in the restaurant on a Tuesday evening until other customers came in later on. The mains were served with selection of fresh vegetables, plus either roasted potatoes or mash. There is a limited wine list, we had an acceptable Trottwood Shiraz - not high end, but very drinkable. For dessert we had homemade apple strudel Gratuity was not added into the bill, so we did leave extra for tip. Dinner for two, dessert, and bottle of wine was 60 quid. Our server had good sense of humour and was very interested in making sure we were looked after and that everything was to our liking. It is a small restaurant with cosy atmosphere, easy walk to Hampton Court Palace. Recommended!

   We had a lovely, well-cooked, and tasty Sunday lunch, with lovely vegetables and an amazing Yorkshire pudding! The new (to us) dining area is intimate with lovely décor. We had our coffee on the terrace - under the new canopy. This was a marvellous addition to our previous visits, and really improves the whole experience. As always the service was exceptional and very friendly. We will be back and wish to congratulate all who have made the All Seasons Restaurant at the Cardinal Wolsey the high class place that it is.

   we visited here after going to Hampton Court. We had a fantastic Silver Wedding Anniversary meal, with great service. Would recommend.

   They decorated the table for me and provided balloons, which was a nice touch for my daughters 21st birthday meal. We chose the restaurant purely on reviews and we were not disappointed. Fabulous food, attentive service and we will definitely recommend it and return.

   Despite there being two birthday groups in the restaurant, they still produced an excellent meal for my wife and I and kept the service at a high level throughout. During my cheese course they even found time to give me a free " noise reduction " glass of port which was a nice touch. Will go again.

    Having just relocated from a nearby location they were awaiting their alcohol licence and you could byo. The service was excellent and we had the rib eye steak for two, which we enjoyed. The lighting needs adjusting, it was too bright, which rather spoilt the atmosphere, otherwise I would recommend this restaurant. They also have a function room for bigger parties, and are just down the road from Hampton Court.
