Alina is a fusion Izakaya style of Japanese cuisine. This means that the dishes are designed to be shared at the table and eaten in several plates over a period of time, We work with local fishermen and Farmers and use most of Local ingredients such as Snapper, Lobster, Mahi, Tuna, Conch to creat our unique dishes here.

There are many styles of Sushi and Asian Dishes on the menu, and you can sit down at the Sushi Bar for the Chef Ken "Omakase Experience", Chef Ken original from Taiwan, He has been one of the top chefs working in London, Moscow, Tokyo, Mauritius etc…before he move to Caribbean in 2011.

Alina is located in the heart of St Maarten -Maho village, above Casino Royale, you can park at the Sonesta Hotel or free parking behind Maho village.

Alina is more than a Japanese sushi restaurant, Lobster, Wagyu and angus steak on our Robata grill, Its a culinary adventure for you.

Really nice experience, Holly gave us a 5 star service. The place, the food, atmosphere and staff was #1. Will for sur be back and recommend to all of our guests that rents our villa Ocean View Villa Life is Good in Indigo Bay.

All around an excellent sushi restaurant. If you like top notch sushi (fresh, high quality, prepared correctly) this is the place. If I am going to have sushi, I would never want supermarket sushi or 1/2 price sushi on Sundays. I would want it at a place just like Alina.

Upon arrival we were told we had no reservation. I showed them OpenTable reservation. They sat us in a wind tunnel. No one came to our table. After 15 minutes we moved ourselves to the sushi bar at. We we ignored for another 20 minutes. We left. Will never return.
