Alina is a fusion Izakaya style of Japanese cuisine. The dishes are designed to be shared at the table and eaten in several plates over a period of time. We work with local fishermen and local farmers fro ingredients such as Snapper, Lobster, Mahi, Tuna to create our unique dishes here.

OMAKASE EXPERIENCE: Enjoy Chef Ken's creation at the Sushi Bar: approximately 15 to 20 bites of the Chef's selection (nigiris, sashimi, sushi, ceviche, carpaccio, gyoza, lobster and many more...). - Please note that a minimum of 2 guests is required for the Omakase Experience.

Alina is located in the heart of Maho village, above Casino Royale. Parking is available at the Sonesta Hotel behind Maho village.

Alina is more than a Japanese sushi restaurant, Lobster, Wagyu and angus steak on our Robata grill : it is a culinary adventure!

    Really nice experience, Holly gave us a 5 star service. The place, the food, atmosphere and staff was #1. Will for sur be back and recommend to all of our guests that rents our villa Ocean View Villa Life is Good in Indigo Bay.

    All around an excellent sushi restaurant. If you like top notch sushi (fresh, high quality, prepared correctly) this is the place. If I am going to have sushi, I would never want supermarket sushi or 1/2 price sushi on Sundays. I would want it at a place just like Alina.

    Upon arrival we were told we had no reservation. I showed them OpenTable reservation. They sat us in a wind tunnel. No one came to our table. After 15 minutes we moved ourselves to the sushi bar at. We we ignored for another 20 minutes. We left. Will never return.
