Many of the meats are produced and aged in the same building by Vermont Salumi, a partner company that produces Old-World Italian charcuterie in the heart of Vermont. The building runs parallel with a newly constructed pathway exhibiting local granite sculptures and romantic overhead lighting creating an ideal spot for outdoor dining and live music. The interior is a recently renovated building dating back to the late 1800's.
