Our 35th wedding anniversary. The manager was so nice, gave us 2 glasses of champagne when we first sat down. Great food, great service, good song choices, a perfect dining experience. You must try !!!

I’ve loved this place for years. They’ve changed menu up some and taken some favorites off. It was also soooo much louder than usual and didn’t have the fun 80s remix music playing. It was a disappointment and I’ve taken out of towners there for years bc I knew it was always solid. Not this time.

We decided to try this place out for our weekly date night. I enjoyed the food, parking is limited but because we came on a Tuesday night we had options. The food is served tapas style and we ordered the fried rice, bang bang shrimp, skirt steak and pork ribs. The food was tasty. My husband felt the portions could have been bigger but I thought it was just enough without feeling super full.

My husband and I are new to Dallas and looking to discover restaurants and fun places to hang out. I read about Alice in the Best of DFW magazine and I have seen posts on IG so we decided to check it out. Alice did not disappoint!! We loved the decor and the 80s music. Our server was fun and helped us with our drink and food selections. She paced it out so we didn’t get bombarded with food all at once. We tried a variety of everything from Vietnamese steamed buns, Gyoza and Chinese Noodles, Pad Thai, Sushi. and scrumptious chocolate pie. We will definitely be back! LOVE!

The food was good however, some of our dishes came out cold. The service absolutely sucks. Waitress took forever just to get drink order and food took very long to come out. We waited over an hour for our “surf and turf” and it came out cold. The pieces were tiny so should not have took over an hour to make. They were not that busy either. I will not come back. You can get better food and service elsewhere.

Small and quaint place. Food was amazing! I had the salmon fried rice and the rock shrimp, both were delicious. Drinks were flavorful and delicious. Our waitress Jennifer was awesome! She was attentive and polite. 10’s across the board, will definitely be back.

My wife worked on the design for the building and had been wanting to visit for years. Taking her there for her birthday this year was a particular treat and we had a wonderful time. Great cocktails, great food and a lively ambiance.

started off with old fashioned and lychee martini both of which had been made better before. rock shrimp was a bit lacking in taste and the dumplings as well. Yellowtail sashimi was outstanding as were the korean BBQ (the new name for chicken lollipops).

Horrible. Despite making our reservation 3 weeks ago, we were sat at the worst table in the restaurant (broken base that made the table wobble and butted against a busser station). When we asked for a new table the hostess asked that we give her a few minutes, even though there was a corner table open. After we saw the table that was sat AFTER us get waters and drinks before us we decided we would take our business elsewhere. No sense of urgency or hospitality from anyone. We just moved in to Bryan Place and were excited to try the food, but there are too many other options in Dallas. I wouldn’t waste time and money on places like Alice that don’t value your business. As we left, I expressed our disappointment to the hostess, who said she had told the manager. Said manager never came out to try to fix the situation. Truly disappointing from beginning to end.

Pros: Cute, cozy, intimate, fun & trendy decor. Good cocktails. Speed of service. They play good music (if a little loud). Cons: The food is extremely mediocre for the prices paid. The "pad thai" was an unrecognizable mess of oversauced sticky sweet noodles. The shrimp shu mai was cold. The rock shrimp was good, and the brisket buns were ok. We were not blown away by the food or service and do not feel that the quality of the food lives up to the prices at all. Seems like they're too concerned with being trendy and not enough attention paid to food quality or service.

last minute search on OpenTable for dinner as my friends & I just landed and got to the hotel and I found this GEM! We Uber over and the ambience as soon as you walk in the door is amazing. We got sat at the corner booth feeling like VIP. Our server was the absolute sweetest with the best recommendations and we ordered a bunch of things to share. I had one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had and all of the food was above and beyond good. Next time I’m in Dallas I will be returning! The bathroom was so cute too.

Good it is always delicious. Service is bleh. Slow it seems like everyone who works there is just there. There were three tables and I felt like I waiting for things. This is a small plates place that is set up to keep ordering random items throughout dinner, servers must be readily available. Of course if it was packed service would have felt great, but to be dead…come on. In Dallas service is everything, too many restaurants to not be good. We did just flood in Dallas so maybe that is why it smelt stale. The vibe is right though. I love the whole concept of this place and have been here many times. I would go back, fingers crossed my comment will be heard and valued.
