Simply an awful dining experience. Our party of 3 had advanced reservations; however, after being seated, we waited 20 minutes before finally flagging down a waitress to take our drink order. We then placed our order, which consisted of an appetizer and entrees. When our order arrived, it did so without the appetizer. The waitress said she never heard us order one, though we observed her writing it down. One of our entrees was chicken parmesan. This had to be the worst example of this simple Italian dish I have ever had. The chicken was a piece of breaded chicken FAT! Did anyone in the kitchen even try to clean the chicken? It was absolutely nauseating. This experience was so bad that we flagged down the manager, who appeared to be overwhelmed, and then proceeded to zero out our check, not that we would have agreed to pay for this abomination. Needless to say, we will never go back to this "restaurant." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else! You've been warned!

Where to begin? First time trying a new neighborhood place. We heard good things so decided to try for ourselves. Arrived at 6:43 for our 6:45 reservation. No one was at the hostess station. We were ignored for a few minutes until someone told us someone else would be right with us. A few more minutes passed. At about 6:50 someone finally came to the host station and told us they had to clean tables and it would be about 10 more minutes. OK. I can wait a few minutes for a table. But as we are waiting, no one is cleaning anything. After almost 15 minutes passed, the hostess came back and said 5 more minutes. It's now almost 7:10 and our reservation was for 6:45. She walks away and 3 people come in with a 7:15 reservation. A different person comes up to help them and is about to seat them when I speak up and say we are still waiting for our table to be cleaned for a 6:45 reservation. She stops, finds the table, seats us first. At that point, I was pretty irritated, as we waited almost 30 minutes for a 6:45 reservation table. If they weren't going to have tables available, they should have taken the reservations off the board. We get seated, another 10 minutes passes before our server arrives. We ask for the seasonal drink menu, two servers walk the dining room for 5 minutes before finding one. Drinks took another 15 minutes. It's now an hour past the time of our reservation and we are just getting our drinks. To be fair, the food came out relatively quickly once we finally got to order and our server was nice. She refilled water and bread and checked in on us. The food was just OK. I had cavatelli with sausage and the house salad and my husband had the veal parm. We got a cannoli to go, which was actually the best part of the meal. I might stop in for a cannoli or two to go, but I'm not sure I would eat here again. Overall, I was underwhelmed and I'm not sure I'd go back aside from getting a carryout cannoli.

Food was very good. I had the chicken herberto and my husband had the clam sauce over spaghetti. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was crazy busy with a lot of large groups and every table and the bar area full. Our server, Val, did a good job even though she was both inside and outside.

I want to mention that you should check with the restaurant for pricing because the prices are $5 more and up than what’s listed on OpenTable. The restaurant was very beautiful. It’s inside of a hotel. Very clean. service was great. The food, wasn’t the greatest. Calamari was extremely rubbery. Eggplant was extremely small. Two thin pieces that could fit in the palm of your hand very thin. Desserts were delicious. Purchased from the open glass areas as we were leaving.

We avoided visiting Alfredo’s for 2 months because the previous time we visited the staff and management were going thru a reorganization. The restaurant’s long standing manager retired. The new manager was very young and inexperienced. The quality of the food was not good and there was a shortage of servers. There is now a very experienced manager and an adequate number of servers at Alfredo’s. Our meals were delicious as in earlier visits-Chicken Parmesan. Will not hesitate to visit here again.

Despite a few big parties we were treated very well. Our waitress did a great job. Our food came out timely and was very good. I judge Italian restaurants by their Chicken Marsala and this was very delicious.

The service was great- and all the staff that was there were so helpful and pleasant- server was awesome - the seating was also very comfortable and it was so clean in there. the food was just so- so - it used to be better .

The meatballs in the sandwich were outstanding, head and shoulders over the usual restaurant fare. They match those of my retired chef wife who prepares them at home.

Our group had reservations for dinner on the deck. Since it turned out to be a chilly evening, the staff was very kind about finding us a suitable table inside. We had a lovely evening with great-tasting food, excellent server and a quiet table to talk with friends.

We had outdoor seating, which was fine, except for half the time we were there it felt like the radio was blasting music. Halfway through the meal it got turned down. Also they left the fans on the whole time despite the fact there was a good breeze and the temperature was falling quickly. Also we asked for a bottle of wine with dinner and we had to ask again when dinner arrived so we were a good way through our meal before the bottle was even open. Also pre-dinner drinks we wildly too sweet.

We had a table on patio - reservation for 6:30 - by the time we received our food it was almost after 8 - kitchen closes at 9 - the entire restaurant was full when we came in and empty when we left - no reason to wait 1.5 hours for food - the saving grace is the food is delicious. Service not so much!

It got a little crowded during dinner, and the restaurant became a little noisy here that I liked. The quality of the food was great. Been there many times and always enjoyed. The food. Service was good and our server kept checking to make sure that we were doing OK. Will definitely go back.

Have never tried this place before always heard good things about it so I finally wanted to try it. I had the chicken piccata turned out to be a little too salty for me. My husband had the chicken Parmesan. It was just OK. Our friends had the veal Parmigiana. We also had the pasta Alfredo and it was a little bit too Parmesan for our taste but otherwise service was really attentive. Pricing was average if you want to go Italian I would probably go somewhere else. It would be a little bit better somewhere and tastier for the money.

While our server was quite nice, the greet time was almost 20 minutes, my drink didn't come until our entrees arrived almost 40 minutes after ordering despite my asking for it again. The food was fine, just super slow service. I really wish this could've been a better experience service-wise.
