   The food was very good, the service did not measure up. The balloon bread, fritto misto, chicken parm were all really great! It feels like it tries to be upscale dining but it’s really not that. And that’s fine, but overall service from the host stand to paying the check could all be improved.

   Sue waited us, but forgot half our order. We had to ask Alex if he could check on our items, and he said they forgot but he was more than willing to make our drinks. He was amazing and very kind, and ensured we always had water. Our food later came out, after it being forgotten by our waitress, steak came out too cooked and salmon came out raw. VERY raw. Our pasta was incredibly al dente and almost hard. Very unfortunate experience, the only good thing we had about this visit was Alex helping us even though he was not our waiter. Will not be coming back.

   The location of this restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The food was below average in quality, and the service left a lot to be desired. Three of our main courses were served together, but we had to wait about 10 minutes for the fourth, which meant the rest of our meals were cold by the time we could all start eating. Some staff members were noticeably rude and unfriendly. Our server tried to appear friendly, but the attitude felt forced and insincere. When we politely asked her to take a photo of our group, she responded with visible frustration, saying she was too busy. I would only recommend this place for its location—unfortunately, the food and service were a real letdown.
