My wife and I worked in the Middle East for many years. The food was excellent and very similar to what is served in the Middle East countries. The staff is very polite and informative. Great experience. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT.
The wait staff had difficulty understanding us. But she tried and so did we. It was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten
Great pick for a change of pace! Many authentic family recipes and wonderful turkish coffee.
Alexandria's Pearl was very good. All of our food was excellent and our server was on par with the best in town. He was attentive without being intrusive.
I had a lamb dish and my wife had a stuffed bread both of which were very tasty. Our only disappointment was that they were out of liver. We'll have to get that next time.
We enjoyed the 4 different dishes the four of us tried at Alexandria's Pearl. They have a very nice menu so there is something for every taste. From lamb to the Babylon shrimp, every dish was very good! The restaurant does not serve liquor, which was perfectly OK with us and they have some interesting teas and coffees. We will be going back!
We were there early and we had a terrific young man wait on us. He needs a little more information on the dishes but overall he was curteous and very nice. they still have some work to do to make it in the restaurant world.
Not at this time because it has only been open for a week and a half and they do not have a rhythm yet. They still need to hire more servers and cooks that way no one is overworked. We left before food because it took 20 minutes to get waters we had to get our own menus and no one took our order after 35 minutes. They need to shift focus from entertainment to serving and efficiency.
Poor experience. The place was loud due to a private party. The staff seemed disorganized.
Didn't take our order for 15 minutes and when they did, a lot of menu items were not available.
Waited 30 minutes and left. I figured if my salad wasn't served after 30 minutes, there was no point in sticking around. Bottom line, we didn't stick around to even try the food. When we were leaving, one customer said she had been there for an hour and her food had still not been served. She did however, say the food was very good from past experience.
After such a short time in business, this restaurant is already in high demand. The servers were kept busy by the crowd, but they and the owner are wonderful. We are delighted to have Alexandria's Pearl in the "neighborhood" and we will be regulars going forward.
