Exceptional service and ambiance.
Pricey but worth it. Had an amazing waiter Nick who helped us out with questions about the wagyu and wine pairings.
The most delicious cod I’ve ever had, oysters were incredible and of course the wagyu and filet mignon were incredible.
The service was incredible and the Chef’s Tasting Menu and wine selection were extraordinary! Definitely returning!
The steaks were unbelievable. Amazing service, great ambiance. For sure one of the best dining experiences I have had in several years. NOT just 'covid' years but like regular year years.
I planned a date night for my wife and I and found Alexander’s on the OpenTable app. When it comes to steakhouses I’m a creature of habit and usually visit the same steakhouse but this weekend was different. I took a chance on Alexander’s Steakhouse and I was very impressed! The food was very good and prepared exactly to what we requested. It was all very delicious and the prices were fair. The selection of wines and spirits was outstanding and prices were also fair. The service was EXCELLENT as our waiter (Frederic) was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and what paired well with our dishes. He was very friendly and made our experience worthwhile. I will visit Alexander’s Steakhouse in the future and look forward to another great evening with my wife and GREAT food. Thank you Alexander’s Steakhouse!
The food was absolute perfection. We began with the prawns. My husband ordered the steak and I the cod. Our sides were the pork belly rice and the brocolli. Our server checked in with us, maybe three times. The food took over 30 minutes to come out. I ordered a drink, and it never came out. The server never brought it up, even after he repeated the order back to me. We asked for the dessert menu, but it took another 20 minutes for the server to come back for our order, so we decided not to have dessert there
Fantastic Steak, very nice staff and atmosphere, and the pumpkin cheesecake would defeat any challenger on any other dessert menu
Amazing food, ambiance and service. Frederic made the best experience for our wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We love this place!
I usually enjoy my visits to Alexanders but this visit was not that enjoyable. Hopefully my next visit is better.
Fabulous food. Many little touches to make your evening amazing.
Had a wonderful dinner. Rob, Suzzie, Mauricio, are amazing at the bar. We tried the new pork chop and it was over the top. Highly recommend it.
Amazing food and exceptional service
Go to for special occasions. They make sure you leave with a smile.
Our server, Nick made everything extra good. What a perfect night to ring in the new year!
Terrible. Felt like pop up restaurant. Don’t recommend.
Came here to celebrate our wedding with our parents on New Years Eve. Hattie (sp?) was wonderful she was incredibly helpful with setting up our reservation and getting us our own private room for our celebration. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The room was so cold everyone was very uncomfortable the entire time. We asked several times to have the heat in our PRIVATE room increased, but were told they could only do so much because one of the walls was a wine cellar. I’m never cold and this was excessive. We were told we would have two servers for our party of 6, yet often times were unable to find assistance when needed. Several items of our meal were missing or never came at all. My wife and I split the 28 oz Australian wagyu ribeye with broccoli and black truffle mashed potatoes for sides. Our steak was cooked perfectly, but was cold by the time it got to us. We didn’t receive our mashed potatoes until everyone was almost done eating their meals despite asking three different people for them. My step-father ordered a glass of wine with his dinner but never received it. I had ordered a second cocktail with our appetizers, but was half way through my steak before it arrived. We ordered coffee and tea after dinner. My wife’s tea was virtually clear and had no flavor at all. When they brought out coffee for my sister and father in law, they then didn’t bring mine for almost another 20 minutes. Overall it was a very lackluster experience. The food quality was good, but the service and willingness to help with issues was very underwhelming. It seemed as though since they knew they were already getting the included 20% they didn’t care to actually help us. I could understand if they were busy as it was New Years Eve, but there were several open tables as I walked to the restroom and many members of the staff standing around. For a restaurant presenting itself to be of such a high caliber, we expected much more from the service staff.
We had an amazing New Years Eve dinner. We decided to remain in the Bar area and Suzzie and Mauricio did an outstanding job. They made us feel so welcome. We order the Porterhouse steak and Filet Mignon, the food was delicious. Planning on visiting new weekend.
This was our first time at Alexander's, for my daughter's birthday. All three of us really enjoyed it! A very, very nice special occasion restaurant. The service was excellent, the food all very good with creative touches to just about everything and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable.
My only comment would be that this is an expensive restaurant. Figure on $200 to $250 a person, or more. For a special occasion, an important client dinner or a date with someone special, the price is reasonable for this type of restaurant, but for a first date or a casual dinner, the prices are pretty high.
Overall, my family and I would definitely return here. It is a restaurant for a special night--glad that we have special nights together--and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a special occasion restaurant.
Fantastic! From the food to the service to the ambiance, Alexander’s is one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been.
I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back again and again.
Everything is amazing, completely worth the price.
If you want a great experience for a special occasion this is the place to go. You will get a very tasty meal and very good service. You are made to feel very special when dining at Alexander's Steakhouse. The service is top notched and the food is divine.
Excellent place to celebrate the holidays.
Loved the experience
