   Between the food and staff our dinner was absolutely tremendous! Our waitress Julie went above and beyond! She took her time explaining every plate that was brought to us and gave wonderful recommendations, our dinner was private, quiet & awfully romantic due to the atmosphere. If you’re looking to treat someone special or celebrate an event I absolutely recommend this place you will not regret it! The food was amazing! Never have I ever had anything come close to this caliber of flavor everything was great & I hope to be back soon!

   This is for the screen suites experience. Overall it was incredible. The suites come with a dining area, private bathroom, and movie seating for 6. It was the coolest experience and appropriate for a family, date night, or group of friends. Food and drinks can be ordered from the main restaurant as well. The service was on point from everyone that entered our suite. It was worth every penny!

   The outside of building doesnt impress but when you walk inside its completely different. Incredible food and drink. You must have your server take you on the tour of screening rooms and private vip lounge. It's romantic and my girl loved it I try to dine once a month at AP. Thanks for everything.

   First time dining here and it won't be the last! Food and service were both impeccable! Atmosphere was laid back in the general dining room. Recommend taking a tour of the experiences and other rooms they have available - very neat! If you are looking for great steak and seafood, this is definitely a place to consider. Not cheap, but worth the money as the food and service are top notch and prices are comparable to other similar restaurants in the industry.

    We’ve wanted to go to Alexander Pierce Restaurant and were finally able to get a reservation and they did not disappoint! We had fantastic service from our server Natalie and the food was ridiculously good!!! AP will be on our restaurant rotation for sure and can’t wait to go back!!! Highly recommend!

    Very good food. Well thought out menu. First get the brussel sprouts! They were amazing. All 3 of our steaks were a little salty tonight, but everything else was perfect. Love the tableside Baked Alaska! Natalie was the best server. Thanks for everything!

    Try everything the food was delicious although I was the only member in my party that was vegan I still could eat and enjoy. The brussels sprouts are to die for. Our server Desiree was vey knowledgeable about the specialties and recommendations on meals plus plus plus she was very professional and friendly.

    AP is our favorite restaurant in the greater Akron canton area. We have always had the best of everything here from the hostesses, food, ambiance the whole experience is always superb. We come for our birthdays, anniversary and a Christmas in December dinner and anytime in between. We highly Recommend AP to become your next fine dining experience.

    Ask for the tour of the location because there's a lot to see. The tour guide was informative and there's a lot of great rooms and options to view. The Good - the food was very good, my Filet had a unique smoked taste to it. Highly recommend. I liked the add ons that can be purchased with the Filet (I got the jumbo shrimp). The waitress and was very attentive and helpful.. I also liked that the manager stopped by our table to check on us. Areas of Improvement - I loved the attentiveness of the server, however a suggestion would be for patrons that are slow to order (like myself) have them sit the menu up as a signal when they're ready. That avoids having to continually check back. There was an issue with the restaurant's payment options that night, which I understand things happen, however a suggestion would be to offer a restaurant gift certificate to the customers impacted, as a courtesy for any inconvenience. Finally, we passed by several of the staff on our way out and none of them thanked us for our patronage, or said a simple "have a good evening ". That's something I'd expect whether I'm at an Applebee's, or an upscale restaurant.

    Our appetizers were cold. Two of us ordered filet with Oscar and the crab was very chewy and the steak was tough and not flavorful. The manager’s reaction was very surprising. We.were so looking forward to coming and it was overpriced for the quality and a huge disappointment.

    I proposed to my girlfriend, and the staff couldn’t have made it a better experience. Our server, Brittany, was FANTASTIC and so was the experience. It could not have been better value, and Screen Suites now holds a special place in our hearts.

    This was an outstanding night out here for a dinner date. The food was marvelous. The staff was impeccably professional and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely.     The food was good but our server was not very attentive. Unlike other servers, she did not offer the specials without being prompted, did not ask if we were celebrating anything, and did not ask if we had been there before and offer a tour as we heard others servers discuss. Unfortunately, she also did not inform us we were ordering a salad not included with the meal or that it would be an additional charge, which was an unpleasant surprise when the bill came. So we were charged for the included salad but not offered it, until we asked about it.

    The restaurant was over-priced for what it was. Service was acceptable, not great. Didn't like the credit card fee added to our bill, nor the suggested tip which took a percentage including tax and the credit card fee.

    We love Alexander Pierce for special occasions and fine dining. The food and service are outstanding. Also didn’t know about their billiard and small cinema room for special parties. Will have to plan a small party in those rooms in the future. This place is a jewel in Akron.

    Our first trip to AP. What a surprise experience. We started with a tour to see the vault, the movie suites, the speakeasy/cigar room and then settled in for dinner. The food was great and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be back to this hidden gem.
