   The pool area was nice however the pool was very cold. Drink service did not come around had to flag the person down. We swam up to the bar to get a drink and the bartender took for ever to serve us. This place was great last year has differently gone down hill.

   This restaurant is a day pool bar. I had made the reservation for 7pm but when I turned up for my booked time slot it was closed. So just to warn others. Also the people who run Alessia day club had no record of my reservation. So just to be clear Alessi Rooftop is not open at night.

   Absolutely freaking amazing experience, the rooftop is G O R G E O U S, the service is impeccable, they are constantly making sure you’re good, we went on a Friday around 1:30, wasn’t many people there at all, we made a reservation before hand so all we had to do was pay the $50 day pass which also went towards the several margaritas we ordered as well as the food. The food really surprised me, everything was so delicious the view??? O U T R A G E O U S!!!! Definitely look forward to coming and taking amazing pictures, or even just being in the present moment and taking in the view of the ocean, the great weather the blue Mexico skies, 10/10 experience Literally don’t even think about it just make your reservation and prepare yourself for a great time Also the DJ??? Mad vibes!! Great music & I can’t wait to visit again

   Had the most amazing time (as we do every time) ! The service has always been above and beyond as we feel like we are treated like royalty from the minute we get there until we leave. Samuel (our server was quick to respond to our every needs, and if he was not available , his assistant was right there behind him. The experience we had could be compared to any 5 star resort we have been to in the US !!!

   Great venue and a great vibe - I was there for a week vacation with my Spouse and spent everyday at the pool. Great food - awesome service. Nice and quiet during the week but really got rocking on the weekend. Location could not be better!

   It was difficult to find out if there was a cover charge or fee for a Day Pass here. They responded to my WhatsApp questions a day and a half later with an answer that didn’t make sense (in English, so that’s understandable). There was no fee, but you had to spend 600 pesos each. Unfortunately, you can’t eat at a table in the restaurant. You have to eat in your deck chair. There is also a separate menu for the restaurant (it had the better choices), but you can’t order anything from that. It’s absolutely beautiful there, but we did feel ignored by the wait staff. The kitchen opened at 12, and at 11, we told the waiter we were hungry and to let us know when it opened. I’m not sure why, but the people around us got their food before we were handed menus. We felt more spoiled at Mamita’s and Martina’s Beach Clubs.

    El lugar tiene una vista increíble, la comida es muy rica y los meseros son muy atentos. Por temporada alta sólo manejaban paquetes.
