                                                                                                                                                    My friend and I both had enchiladas and a pitcher of margaritas. Our server was a bit of a mess. We asked for SALT on the glasses, we got SUGAR instead. Then she promptly avoided us for most of the meal. I was still eating and had a fork in my hands and she tried to take my plate and I had to stop her. Then she avoided us again and I wanted another drink and so we ended up having to flag her down to get her to come to the table. I also didn’t appreciate how she stared at us while we were using the credit card processor to see whether or not she was getting a tip. The food at Alero is great but the service was not impressive. Maybe teach your employees to learn to read customers better and be responsive and watch for signs people may want something or they may wish to check out. I’ll be back because I like the food and hopefully the servers will be more reactive.

                                                                                                                                                    Alero was extremely overbooked; multiple people with reservations were told that there were no available tables. People ended up sitting with strangers solely to receive service more quickly. Additionally, when I went to pay my bill I explicitly asked if the tip was included & was told it wasn’t & I ended up tipping way more than intended or was deserved. Food was good, margarita’s were mid, the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

Can she send them back and tell her no I didn’t like that I think she should got a choice get something else

The food was great and the music was wonderful. The workers were very attentive to our needs and we had a great evening. Thank you.

The staff is pretty attentive. The happy hour margaritas were pretty lame so you’re really better off just paying a regular price for a decent one. Homemade guacamole was yummy and so were the chicken quesadillas.

                                                                                                                                                    The food was amazing def a 10/10 experience. Our waiter was good! However, he made a few mistakes and tried to make up excuses. For example, my boyfriend ordered steak and shrimp quesadillas, they gave him chicken and shrimp then tried to say he never ordered steak. Additionally, we came during happy hour and he still charged us full price for our drinks and said that th check was printed after happy hour (happy hour is 3-7, our check was printed at 6:30) other than those things I would definitely go again.
